The lack of Harbinger

I know that all the reapers are the big bad threat (alongside Cerberus). I still feel he should of had more of a presence in the game. Even though he was sort of the big-bad in ME2, it's ending & Arrival made it seem as though he'd be "The Big bad." in this game. He did show up at the end though, and was mention a couple of times...but still it wasn't enough. I mean, I would of atleast liked him to speak once, maybe while he's firing at you as you charge through to the beam, or through an indoctrinated Illusive Man.
But, yeah. I just wish he had more of a presence in the game.
What are your thoughts?

I guess the fact he tries to blow you up personally says how mad he is though... >.>

This. The game should have ended with a massive Boss fight with him(possibly going inside him) with assistance of the all fleets firing at once with the laser again and maybe have all your teammates fight with you(obviously the others would just be AI), including the surviving teammates from ME and ME2. Then, you go into the beam alone, telling everyone to get clear and retreat or something. And then, deal with Illusive man . Then you sit down with Anderson and watch the Crucible/Catalyst and the fleets wipe out the remaining reapers.

Four legs and happy face. It's him.

Taunting Shepard at the end would have seemed petty.
I'm sorry, but if Kai Leng can send an email, Harbinger can diss Shepard with his awesome voice for even one line of dialogue.

Especially with him taunting you in The Arrival, I expected he would play a role that was non-interchangable with every other Reaper in space.

I'm not even joking. They need to focus on fixing what they left out, not add entirely new adventures.

"SHEPARD. YOU. SHALL. NOT. PAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSS!"
Wait. wait. I've got another one.
"SHEPARD. YOU WILL FAIL."

Yeah, that was petty too, but it didn't really help me take Leng seriously. In fact, I found it kind of amusing. Harbinger doing it too would have completely broken the mood. I have a hard enough time taking that silly face seriously.

Especially as you're limping towards the beam, bloody and beaten. It would have been an ultimate, "lol F-YOU" from Harbinger.

But there *was* Harbinger. LOTS of Harbinger. The last ten minutes of the game was Harbinger trying to fool you into doing his bidding and not press the "Reapers lose" button while disguised as an innocend and well-intended extremist Deus ex Machina child.

That isn't wishful thinking. That's close to fact.
In reality, Shepard hallucinated the entire ending after Harbinger shot him.

Yes. If this will be true, Bioware will have made the best trilogy ever and will finish the story in style later.

As others have said, this is not wishful thinking. The is the only way any of us can parse the game in our heads and have it not destroy the whole premise of the series. So I for one, choose to do so.
