As for some additional information here, this is a list of RARITY not what packs you need to buy to get which items. You can get Gold cards in Veteran packs for example. Each pack will specifiy your odds/guarantees for different rarity levels in the descriptions. So, yeah, you CAN get a Turian Soldier in a recruit pack, it's just not as likely to occur compared to getting a Turian Soldier in a Veteran or Spectre pack where the odds are a higher %age for that rarity.

If you get a common weapon/mod in a Spectre pack, it's +2 levels (I.e if you get an Avenger, it would be +2.)

M-77 Paladin and Wraith Shotgun are Ultra Rares. Also, there's a typo on 'Geth Pulse Rifle'. Geth Pulse Shotgun is Rare, Reset Powers is Rare...uh...some more things...

Are the M-11 Wraith and Paladin's really "ultra rare"? I received both in my 1st and 2nd Spectre packs. I guess I'm lucky.

The Wraith is an absolute beast though. It destroys mostly everything in two shots.

I have a N7 Javalin sniper rifle, Im guessing its ultra rare on the fact that if you read the description on the rifle, it can shoot through thin walls. PLus it was the only non standard item I got in that pacticular spectre pack, no other gold card items in that pack.

Its awesome cause if you can shoot a target through the wall, it actually generates a purple shadow of your target behind the wall. If the wall is too think like for example a pillar, you wont see the shadow and you cant shoot through it.

Also noticed 2 errors.

Base sniper is Mantis its common.

Viper is silver/uncommon.

M21 Wraith shotgun is ultra rare N7 quality.... its a gold bling bling style gun, shame its god awfull

also turian sentinal is uncommon, krogan sentinal is rare got those two mixed up

yes need to add mods. I want to know what rarity is a heavy barrel for sniper. I have 2 ultra rares by the looks of it.

edit: I havent had a good look at your list but they are different grades of consumable ammo that can be found in each pack. levels I, II, III are found in recruit, veteran, spectre packs in that order.

another thing is you get 3 lots of medi-gel if you get them in a veteran pack not just 1 that you get in a recruit pack.

It was Gold iirc, so maybe you can get them in Vet packs.

Just unlocked the Scorpion. It's not rare, it's ultra rare / N7 quality.

Also, as mentioned by someone else, there is a rare (gold) card that permanently increases the number of cobra missiles you carry on you into combat.

Picked up the shotgun shredder mod... it's uncommon/silver

The card type doesn't mean as much to me as what packs they tend to be in. For example, I haven't seen shotgun/pistol barrel and melee mods in recruit packs

Slightly off topic: What do people make of the scorpion? I''ve only tried it once and wasn't initially impressed. The projectiles seem to travel really slow which made distance shooting harder. Should I give it another try or stick with my only other decent pistol the phalanx?
