I know it's hard to use the scorpion. What puts it in ultra-rare? It is used to stack with powers. Try
(Stasis>Shoot>Warp/Throw>Biotic Explosion===Asari Adept)
(Snap Freeze[Total Frozen]>Shoot> Incinerate>Cryo Explode===N7 Paladin)
Try others your self. Be quick! I recommend stopping powers for combo starters, and forcing
or exploding powers for detonators. Do Best!

I reported the post that necro'd this for necroing, because this is a thread that predates the N7HQ/Multiplayer Manifest and is therefore redundant. Reviving it was unnecessary and kind of stupid.

I actually prefer having a piece of paper that I can use to track that stuff rather paging back and forth in the manifest. To that end, I've updated the document as an Excel spreadsheet to incorporate all of the new weapons, characters, and upgrades. Although the doc previews as coming out on two pages, once downloaded and loaded into Excel, it's only a 1-pager.

Seems this topic is not used for a while but in any case I would like to ask you a few things. I started recently to play online and, believe me or not, ME3 is the first game I ever played online.
I read some tutorials, FAQs, guides, searched a lot and then I found this topic.
Is this spreadsheet being updated? Or will it be someday again? I'm asking because I opened one of my packs, it was labled as FREE (perhaps because I bought the trilogy, with several DLCs included) and I got a N7 Valkyrie. I heard it's a very rare weapon, but I don't know where exactly I should add it. I suspect it should be in last box, N7 UltraRares, but it's good to confirm.
Also, I don't know what the columns "2", "P", "L" and "C" means in Characters Boxes. What should I enter in these cells?
And a final question, maybe not appropriated to this topic, if the first... version of an item is NOT the Level I of it, should I mark a "X" in boxes to the left? E.g.: I got a M-92 Matis VII, should I mark the I to VI boxes?
Makes sense to me because in SIngle Player mode it's not possible to get earlier versions after get posterior ones. But again, I'm just confirming.

Yes, the N7 Valkryie is an ultra rare (or UR for short), the spreadsheet won't open for me, but you should be able to track whatever you want on your manifest online, without the use of an external spreadsheet.

Just go to your profile and it will list all your stuff in the various tabs. Inventory, character builds, challenges, etc.

If you have v1.15, that's the latest.  I used it in its time, but it was made almost obsolete by Bioware's own "N7 HQ" Just click on the box on the L side of the forum, follow the setup, and you'll have online access to your manifest and a lot more (challenge status, character builds...)

2,P,L,C are just shorthand for the apperance options (2nd highlight color, Lights, etc). Just really keeping track of you ranking up that character.

Everyone who starts MP now gets a Starter Pack and (I think) 2 gift packs which (again, I think) are legacies of last year's N7 Day freebie (you get a UR weapon) and the release of Reckoning (you get one of those characters).

Valkyrie is, IMHO, "meh".  For a beginnner, not the best weapon as it is heavy and really only shines with headshots.

Volus Adept is not a great beginner character either.  UR characters are a bit of a joke.  Unlike guns, there's no correlation to "goodness".

And most importanty, besides "have fun": Get thee to the ME3 MP Resource lobby stickied at the top of this forum.
