Arias quest. It says it wants me to go to C-sec and speak with bailys assistant but when I go to C-sec the only turian in the room will not talk to me. Hopefully I am ignorant of something.
C-sec bug?

I hear you. Currently doing the same thing, thought I had to do the merc bands in order, but apparently not. Presidium Commons > C-sec > Turian says nothing to me as well...
