So I have the AT12 Shotgun and it shows up in my "registered game content" section on BSN. However, when I open up the Origin client, it does not show up under "Add-ons and Bonuses," unlike my other DLC items, like From Ashes or M90 Indra. Granted I have not gotten far into the game, so for those with the shotgun and further into the game, can I ask where you found it? And if you did find it, does it appear under "Add-ons and Bonuses"? EA Support assured me that if it is listed under my "registered game content," then it will be in game, which to be fair is how it worked in ME2, but I just haven't been able to find it. Any help is much appreciated, thanks.

Make sure you're logging into Origin with the same credentials you use for this site. If you don't, then the DLC won't show up.

I'm having a similar issue. Same account and everything. It just doesn't show up.

It's definitely the same account. So for anyone who actually found the AT12 Shotgun, care to share where exactly you got it? Maybe it doesn't need to show up in the Origin client for me to get it?

Contact EA Support - if you're entitled to the preorder content they'll get you codes to enable it. I was missing the AT12 and the M55 Argus despite preordering the Digital Deluxe from Origin. EA Support got me the codes to enable the content within a few hours.

You should be able to select it at any weapon workbench, when you get a new weapon, etc.

It should definitely show up on Origin as far as I am aware, as shown below:



It will also be listed under Your registered game content.

If is not shown and it is not available at workbenches etc. get in touch with EA Support.

Thanks for the replies; turns out I did have them in game (found them in at the workbench), but it still refuses to show up in the Origin client like in your in screenshot, BTCentral. It's not even really suited for my play style, as the gun is heavy as hell...

Ah, did you redeem the code via the BSN rather than Origin's Redeem Code feature by any chance?
If so I'm guessing that is the difference as I got told to redeem it via Origin.

Probably, I never received the shotgun after pre-ordering and had to ask for it to be added to my account (so no code to redeem). Guess it was added to my BSN account. Thanks for the help, cheers.
