FemShep (strangely) gets a dress. Something more akin to Sandy from Grease (not full-on rebel, of course) would be more appropriate, in my opinion. Each to his own.

I've been thinking that too, but then again, I got an N7 hoodie like a year ago and the zipper's already gone bust, so I'm not so sure I'm willing to buy this unless, well, what TrueHD just said.

There is a company that does replica's that is making the N7 leather jacket for $210. I haven't ordered one yet as don't know much about the company and how reputable it is ... their website is pretty unprofessional which raises some doubt. Not even sure if its even legal for them to do so.

Just WTH?... $500-$900?

All it would be, would be to have an N7 patch sewed-on or graphic painted one-side chest level and perhaps red leather stripes or piping down the sleeves. You could do it yourself or even pay for a jacket to be altered by a bespoke tailor and it would still be way cheaper than that.
Pay through the nose for an EA / Bioware-authorised one?..... well, if thats your thang.

I think its a double-standard tbh. To potentially expect us to get excited over Mass Effect™ merchandise while simultaneously saying they have no intention of patching out all shortcomings out of ME3 and honouring their pre-release promises.
I think they've killed it for a great many players, players who are only holding on till PAX confirms their worst fears.

Agreed! The formal little black dress in ME2? Very formal, but nice looking. The one in ME3 that is just a recolor of Allers' with a tacky necklace? No thanks. Seriously, it looks like something Shep found on the floor at Rugged Wearhouse or T. J. Maxx...
