For me, there is no point in even playing the game again.. I could just reset the last mission to see all the best possible outcomes.. its not worth it imho.
Sorry but I doubt that is true. You can reload all you want but a different Shepard with different ME1, 2 and 3 decisions might get something different. Reloading just before the last mission invalidates any new choices you can make.

You missed the point of the question. Yes you can go back and look at all the endings from your first run. What I want to know is if there is another new different ending if you start a New Game +.

There isnt even a point to do that, replay a couple hours worth of level to see the color be different in the ending? No thanksWarp92 wrote...

Yes, such claims have been made. Look through the video files to see that there are no alternative outcomes.

For Shepard to live, I BELIEVE you have to have 4000 EMS if you saved Anderson at the end, or 5000 EMS if you didn't, AND you have to pick the "Destroy the Reapers" ending.
Then again, I don't know exactly what folks mean by "Save Anderson", since in my playthrough TIM caused Shepard to fire his gun at Anderson which ended up killing him.
If there is a real NG+ ending, I am currently unaware of it.

There is a way to prevent Anderson from getting shot at all. Instead he and Shepard look out with the "best seats in the house" at the fighting outside. Anderson then dies from his injuries giving Shepard a good 'atta boy before the whole logic out the window ending with the Godchild.
That's what I'm talking about though. TIM causing Shepard's gun to fire at Anderson. Eventually Anderson dies from his injuries anyway, after they sit there and look at Earth with the "best seats in the house".
If that's SAVING Anderson, then God forbid what happens to him if you DON'T.

Yeah I have seen the list of scores needed for each outcome and with my multiplayer game addiction those are easy to get. I just wanted to know if there was something additional for those of us that make another run in NG+
The only "additional" thing I've heard of is the Prejak Paddle thing that the Prima guide (in all of its worthlessness) refers to. Yet, I've not seen anyone actually confirm what this is (it's supposedly secret intel from Liara).

There is, although you can see it if you imported a save on your first time. It doesn't really help. Some suggest it is alluding to future DLC/games, but I think it's more suggesting you should play the games again.

Well it's not really "saving" Anderson. What they mean is he survives the shot and after TIM dies, sits next to Shepard and dies peacefully.

What's funny in a grim sort of way is that you basically save him from a quick death in favor of letting him bleed out during an emotional moment, allowing him to physically suffer just a few moments longer.
Oh.
