MAJOR SPOILERS OBVIOUSLY
Betraying the krogans, shooting Mordin in the back - and watching him crawl against the console to cleanse his sins only to bleed out straight infront of his goal.
Siding with the Geth and watch the Quarians die due to their own stupidity. I mean first the Quarians make the Geth, then they betray them. Then the geth let them live even if they coulve finnished the quarians long ago, they just wanted to live in peace. Then the quarians try to destroy the Geth even wanting peace. The Quarians deserved their fate. Though losing Tali was hard (I made the blue choice to save her still she fell, wtf?) it was the right thing to do.

wow, renegade options are so cold lol. but atleast you made non-paragon AKA non NORMAL choices.
My fav moment is when Tali stabs the Legion VI that replaces the real legion in the back, and the quarian armada destroy the geth entirely.

I'd have to say pulling RT on Kai Leng when he was creeping up on Shepherd to stab him in the back.

My two favorite moments that made me grin from ear to ear were being on the Citadel with Garrus on top of the embassies and shooting bottles when he wins and yells "My name is Garrus Vakarian and this is my favorite spot on the Citadel!". So good 
The second would be after takingTali to the Cerberus base on Sanctuary when she tells Shepard she's drinking using a "Emergency Induction Port" in her suit, Shep of course corrects her and informs her that's a "Straw" and she pointedly corrects HIM and informs him that it's a "Emergency Induction Port" in a tone that brokers no disagreement and it seems to be getting harder and harder to get into the hole in her suit to use.
Both of those just made my day

I'll probably NEVER see that scene with Mordin since I 
him so much.
Interestingly, I don't HATE the Quarians, even like Tali, but in my second playthrough she had died during ME2 and I sided with the Geth. When the geth forces finally overtook the quarians and Raan anheroes in your face it was pretty unique.
Shanking Kai Leng with the omniblade was probably right up there top 10 moments of the game. Not only for Thane (though in my last game Thane died of natural causes I'm guessing, since I didn't go to talk to him to see how Kirrahe's death goes down) but just because I hate "bosses" like him who have the whole YOU CAN'T KILL ME bull going on.
ETA: Also, seeing Grunt emerge covered in blood from the Rachni nest was amazing.
