I know this is already a topic and i am sorry for re-post but I have tried everything and I am getting restless. After downloading the "From Ashes" DLC I keep getting the "you are not authorized to play this content, please log into the alliance account used to purchase the DLC." Ok well first of all I am on that account second of all this happens every time I try to play. I have actually been able to play like 2 or 3 times since purchasing the dlc but it takes me restarting my computer and checking for updates on mass effect 3 and the from ashes dlc like fifty times! This also does not even work 90% of the time, im lucky if it does. I have re-installed both the game and DLC multiple times and updated them. What makes me really angry is that because I have been able to play a few times if the dlc is not authorizing then I can't even load my saved game. I really dont understand why it needs to authorize the dlc everytime I play, why can't it be a one time thing? If anyone has a solid solution please let me know!
Things I have already tried:
-Disabling my firewall
-Updating both the game and the dlc
-Reinstalling both the game and the dlc
-Repairing both the game and dlc installation
-Restarting my computer
-Running Program as Administrator
-Registering both the game and the dlc onto the Bioware Social network
P.S. I talked to Origin support in the live chat section and they didn't even know what was wrong!
