Anyone else?
Instead of nervously humming his song, in my playthrough, Mordin went up, brushed off the STG sabotage with a wisecrack. I'm not good at reading emotions, so I might be wrong, but I don't sense fear as he worked.
At the end, before he died, Mordin stood there steadily and said:
"A new beginning. For all of us."
Mordin didn't sing for me! Why?

My only thought would be... did he sing for you in THAT PARTICULAR SAVE FILE in Mass Effect 2?
Other than that, I have no idea.

He sang for me in this one before his death. For those that didn't get the last tune did you tell him about the sabotage?

Ahhhhh, I was wondering this too! He didn't sing for me as well, but I didn't have him sing in 2 either.
I have to go back and stomach a romance with Kelly (ugh), so I'll add this into the mix as well.
Thanks for the heads up!

He sang his song in my playthrough. I listened to him sing it in my ME2 which imported, I had him save the cure data, and I revealed the sabotage. Don't know if any of those make a difference.

You have to hear him sing in ME2 to get that? Huh, that's kind of lame. I thought the singing added so much power to that scene, it wouldn't have effected me as much without the singing. Thank God I got that scene in ME2 then.

So probably I imported a save where Mordin didn't sing aboard the Normandy ...
... then again, I personally prefer the end when Mordin didn't sing.

I'm fairly sure he did sing for me in ME2, he did during that scene in ME3. The odd thing for me is that I restarted 3 with that same ME2 import (or, well one where I went from the end and romanced Tali, so I certainly had the Mordin singing scene since it was just the same file + the romance) and he didn't hum. It's still a fine, tragic scene, but the humming added so much; brought a tear to my eye.
I'm really more concerned for my friend who is playing now; I want to make sure he gets to see that scene properly, singing and all.

He sang on my Sheploo playthrough, but not my FemShep playthrough. Both paragon, I can't be sure whether he sang in my femshep me2 playthrough, but I think he probably did because I always try to 100% every playthrough.

He sang to Shep in ME 2 but I didn't get his singing in ME 3. *shrug*
