Ok, I contacted EA through their chat box, and after a long drawn out process they gave me my promo codes or preordering my N7 Collector's edition through them. They turned out to be codes for the ps3, so I went thought the protracted process again, eventually getting the correct code for the rifle, but not for the AT12 Raider shotgun.
Is it possible to just have that modified on my account from pc to ps3?
Also, I have noticed that my Shepard is VERY non confrontational. Often, when he is talking to them, he won't look at them, and when his face is turned towards the person he is speaking to, his eyes are not. I've also noticed that often the other party's face is blurry during cutscenes. Thanks

Actually, I think not. Yes the chat/help service can be a chore but you may have to go that route again. You could also try creating a thread to arrange a swap with someone.
By the way, in your thread title you say you have a PS3 but were initially given a PC code, yet in your post it says that the erroneous codes "turned out to be codes for the ps3"? I hope it works out.
PS : Not to be too self serving, but if it turns out you have a spare PC shotgun code at the end of the day ,,, ? Well ... I've given out a few miscellaneous item keys in my time, and the AT-12 is one of the last 2 items I'm missing. At least consider sharing the love? But regardless, best of luck.
