So I got the Collectors Edition, but the only codes I could find in the box were the CE Serial number and a code for the "From Ashes" DLC.

The only add-ons and bonuses showing in Origin are:

From Ashes
Mass Effect 3 Soundtrack
N7 Collector's Edition Materials (which I think don't include the Warfare pack).

I pre-ordered the CE from Gamestop and the Warfare Pack code was printed on my receipt.
