I can't access new areas that I have opened up directly. if I try I and just get greeted with a black screen and have to reboot the PS3. The only way I can access these areas is if I go somewhere else first such as the memorial hospital and then to the area I wanted to go in the first place.
Anyone else have this problem?

I have this problem. Had it happen to me four times. I'm playing it on the PS3 also.
