I liked Mordin singing to Eve on the ship. And seeing Garrus on the bridge, bantering with Joker.

Cortez joking about James liking bears and James not getting it was pretty funny, too.

Garrus replies "I think he kept saying T'Soni"

I liked Tali being drunk but had to admit had a blast with Ash laying on the floor passed out with Shepard picking on her.

Ash "I hate you."
Shepard "I hate you...."
Ash "Sir"
Shepard "As you were Williams"

Another humorous moment in ME3 I loved was Jack always stopping herself from saying the F word. Such restraint on her character is ME3 comedy gold.

That quest was bugged for me. I was so upset that I got cut out my kasumi content and didn't get to say good bye to her in the end. 

A good part for me was the conclusion to the epic tale of refund guy.
