Hi,
I'm not sure how similar my situation is to that of those who have posted before me, so I thought I'd start a new thread.
I can follow instructions but that's about as far as my technical expertise goes, so be gentle!
When I boot up ME3 I can navigate the start screen fine and create a new game. The opening exchange between Hackett and Anderson goes fine, but then at some point between the text introduction and the boy playing with the jet, the screen freezes and then progresses to a BSOD.
What do? I'll provide more information as necessary.
