 Does anyone know how long and in what circumstances the side missions will expire?

Hi, best thing to do is do all your side quest (think there like 20 of them) before moving to act 2 or 3. I have the walkthrough guide and it says there Act 1, 2 and 3 missions you get in your campaign.

The only side quest I missed was the academeny one. There is no actuall act break, but I could tell when the acts were changing for 1 to 2 was, there didn't seem to be an act 3 break.

Make sure you get it 2nd time, bad one to miss.

To be safe just do every possible mission you can before you do any with "Priority:" in front of them.

Think the acts are for each race you help, Turian/krogan (Act 1), Qurians/geth (Act 2) and Asari (act 3)

I figured it must be since they kept bring up i didn't do it.  I was 'forced' to do four multiplayer games to get my bar full.

Just do all sidequests before doing a priority quest
