No. I had many Shepard's all the way from ME1 ready for import just to see how their stories would wrap up but now I know it's just not worth it.

I was looking forward to my second playthrough, seeing how the different characters interacted with a Fem Shep, what different dialogues popped up, in fact as I was playing it through the first time I was constantly thinking how I would play it differently.

However, this all changed once I finished the game. Seriously, what's the point after quite possibly the worst ending to a game I have ever experienced? I mean hell, it didn't even make sense - everybody suddenly materialised onto the Normandy and it somehow managed to emerge from FTL, crash land on a planet and everybody was OK?

I wanted to play it through and see my Shep in a cutscene at the end with his LI, settling down. I then wanted to play it through again and see what other LI endings there were. I would then play it through with no LI and just see, again, what the ending would hold.

Now though? What's the point? It makes absolutely no difference to the game. So no, no second playthrough for me. Thanks Bioware.

Tried to start a new game with my 'renegade' Shep. I got three minutes into it and that bad taste came right back when I remembered that nothing I do has any 'mass' effect on the ending. It was as though all the weight and gravitas of the three games just doesn't hold any water because the endings were so canned and unoriginal. Seriously, wtf was Bioware thinking? I am not buying another Bioware title on day one ever again, this was the straw that broke the camels back.

I'm playing two games, with Shepards who will work for any of these endings. That leave all my other Shepards in limbo. Some of them would work with these choices, but I can't go through this many depressing endings without an occasional ending filled with hope.

not with these endings. I may end up doing couple of speedruns, just to see romance outcomes for myself, rather then on youtube. maybe. but I don't see myself finishing this game again. not even with Shepards that were meant to have tragic endings. becasue it will keep reminding me that those tragic endings is the only thing I'm getting, ever.

I'll replay since I missed some things, but there is a very real chance that as soon as Anderson dies I'll quit. That is what the ending did to this series. 90 hours of awesome, and then turn it off in the last 5 minutes.

I'm not sure I can even do the 2nd one,l but I'm goingn to try.  I'm with you, I can't face too many of the depressing endings without a hopeful one to balance them out.  None of my Shepards that i care about will have an ending.  I'll just let them do their own thing in my head.    (miss ya):)

I have 5 different sheps both male and female all with different romances and choices made. I finished my first play through Wednesday. And the game up until the fateful choices was pretty awesome I mean some of the scenes are just epic, I got chill bumps, I cried. And I never cry, but something about mordin just set it off, then thane, it was very emotional. And my romance with Kadian while starting off pretty strained had a very sweet end. With all that being said I am not sure if a full play through is worth it. I am especially annoyed that to even hope for your shep to survive when destroying the reaper you need to play multiplayer. In my only play through I synthesized. Is it worth it to play multiplayer?

Just saw this online somewhere, is it legit? "Hardest. Day. Ever. Seriously, if you people knew all the stuff we are planning...you'd, we'll - hold onto your copy of me3 forever." - Michael Gamble.?? If so I may have new hope...

Based on everything he's said before, you still trust that he's telling the truth or not spinning a half-truth to an extreme? His entire credibility is shot imo.

Yeah, I'm already starting my second. Like most, though, I'll probably end the game right after TIM buys it, ignore everything that comes after.

Good thing too, at least I can get all my playthroughs out of the way now, and not worry about, "Well, maybe I should wait until some of the DLC comes out," because I'm not spending any more money on this game until it's fixed.

It was already a heavy burden to watch all old friends die, sacrificing themselves, but the story ends like this ...

No f way i will go through same traumas again ...

I was actually excited to do another play through with my male shep, since my main was FemShep, however I don't really feel like it now. I might clean up my FemShep playthrough to have her "survive" but I don't see the point in having another character meet this fate.

True... I am just so desparate for at least one happy ending. I mean I know this isnt a rainbows and sunshine game but come on, throw a bone...

I will play though one more time in hopes that there is a super secret ending that isn't completely failed. Nothing you say will convince me that it isn't there, until I go through it again.

There's always hope.

I have over thirty shepards - male, female, all the classes, paragon and renagade - I planned to spend the better part spring playing them. I can't let them witness the destruction of everything we loved. So no - I will not be playing them anymore - the worst part is they ruined Mass 1 and 2 for me as well - there is no longer any point

I have three Sheps with imports, and a few unfinished/half finished ones. Finished 1st playthrough with my main, skipping a lot of the sidequests to see the main storyline. Don't have much desire to go back with her and see the rest of the content, even though I want to, much less play the other two. The ending really killed my enthusiasm.

Of my two other Sheps I had ready, one had a Jacob romance, so she's never getting to ME3. Seriously, if you haven't seen the atrocious treatment his character got:
He's not my favorite character, and even if you didn't like him, I think what they did to him is pretty f-d up, not to mention poorly written (Stilted. Awkward. His new baby mama wants to name it after Shepard? Really?!)

The last one doesn't even look like the same character, because of the changes they made to the character creator (mainly the hair models.) And I don't think there's enough variation in content in ME3 based on previous decisions to warrant importing her either. What's the point when her story is going to play out basically the same as my main Shep?

So it's a combination of things, I won't be bringing any more of my Sheps into ME3. I do plan on taking my main through again, when the bitterness has worn off a bit, but like others, I'll probably turn it off before the end and just pretend it ended differently.
