Ok, so it's a known issue (http://help.ea.com/a...t-3-multiplayer).  Just thought I'd post another "I'm really pissed off, why is this happening" thread.


So yeah, I was bored in the ready room and decided to click the store button to see what I could afford when the game started (while the reeally #$!$!@$ annoying "Checking for DLC for the 100th time in 20 minutes" display was still up).

My bad

But really, if I can click the button, and the result could be "hahahah, delete all your guns!", maybe it's not such a good button to allow people to click at all ?

Have some issue but didn\\t click anything at all. On the 8th of Martch. Origin ID: Velkezar.
Just after i got 100% control of all the systems in multiplayer of Mass Effect 3 a welcome N7 message appears just above results screen of the mission. I lost all my opened characters and weapons, mods in rifle still there but don't work and i can't change them. Also lost all opened customization options for characters, can't change them but they are still there. I asked the EA support about this but they only said ask Bioware Support.

This is the worst possible bug they could've let slip through, I wasn't even in the damn store, left a game early because we couldn't finish it because an enemy didn't spawn, and GUESS WHAT? LOST ALL MY DAMN GUNS!!! I lost everything, including the mods, and probably my cobra missile capacity upgrade.

Seems I'm not the only one.. I just lost all my weapons (Mourns my Raptor), as well as my Asari Vanguard and Drell Adept. >.< I got the 'Welcome to N7' just before starting a game, after the game had completed all my weapons etc were gone. :/ It's a really annoying bug/glitch, and completely unnecessary for a game as anticipated as ME3.. I tried buying an Spectre + Veteran pack and I can use the items I got from them, but I didn't get any of my pre-bug gear back.

Yeah, it seems as though they'll be gone permanently, since they most certainly won't restore what was lost based on the fact that they can't be sure who had what.....a couple of free spectre packs would sure be nice though, since when it comes down to it that's all I really lost, 3 spectre packs.
I couldn't buy any packs after I lost all my gear though, I had to reload my game, it took my credits and didn't open the spectre back, it gave me an error, reloaded and had all my credits though thankfully.

Im in the same boat everything gone, they really are going to have to work on restoring items properly, I feel sorry for anyone who spent bioware points on caches only to have this happen.

Lost all my weapons, my new alien classes are greyed out and the packs I purchased I can't equip them on my weapons.

What happened? Nevermind, found the link on the error, FML. Hope its fixed soon and I get my widow back.

this has been around since the demo and they did nothing about it sad part is i dont think they even refund your credits, to the paying customers they will give back their bioware money points but my $60 isn't good enough for them or my 15+ hours i spent into unlocking the multiplayer stuff only to gave it disappear unless we get refunded our credits or something is done about this bug this is def my last bioware game.

I lost my 860 Bioware points and customer support told me to contact Bioware about the issue. Seems the multiplayer store is stealing my credits and Bioware points.

I actually wasn't even in the store; I finished a mission with my now-level 18 Krogan Sentinel, and suddenly this screen sort-of popped up telling me that I could do something N7 related (I couldn't tell for sure, because it was overlayed with the Mission Statistics screen).  Then I went to the Store to spend my new credits, and got a Shotgun Blade Attachment I, and thought, "Wait, I already have that."  Then I looked, and blam, everything was relocked.

Me too.I was playing and then i lost connection to the goddamn EA server for 2 times (DAMN U EA).. i logged..."AND TA DAH! WELCOME IN THE N7! Now N7 will steal all your charachter,weapon,mod and equipment.And you can do nothing. Hell Yeah."

Happened to me too, but when I saw all my stuff was gone, all my guys classes gone, I quit with out making changes, restarted the game and all my stuff was back.
