 I was originally going to put this in ME3 General Discussion, but considering the topic, I decided to post it here.

Basically, if there's a moment, quote or whatever that sticks in your mind, tell everyone about it here.  Since I started this, I got two in mind, a moment and a quote.

First one, when Mordin sacrifices himself to fix the tower to disperse the cure for the genophage.  Awesome moment there.  What made it awesome was as he's working fast to fix the tower, and while flames and explosions rage about before he dies, he hums/sings his "scientist salarian" song.

And a quote from Grunt when you run into him in the mission involving the Rachni Reapers  -  "I don't need luck!  I've got ammo!"

Thane's last fight and passing. That bit completely carries the game for me. Sure Mordin's sacrifice was great too, but having had Thane in every one of my squads from the time I recruited him in ME2 meant when he went I just choked up and leaked manly tears.

Oh, and "They used to eat flies." Javik you jester. =P

Mordin singing to himself as he is about to die.

The Wrex and Eve dialogue/bickering to one another. Eve was sarcastically funny.

The date that Garrus takes Fem Shep on where he giver her a Hollywood kiss...precious! And while wer're on Garrus, the whole conversation before the final assault where Sheppard says that he'll never be alone.

and ironically, the synthetic ending where Sheppard jumps into the green light. Afterwards I don't particularly prefer, but in that moment I almsot started crying because I thought of everything my character had been through, done, and what she was leaving behind through her sacrifice.
