So I have heard rumors and seen at the bottom of the link below that if you play through a second time you unlock a secret potentially better ending. There are also rumors that this is just the (Spoiler) shepard inhaling/lives ending but IGN seems to make a point at mentioning the two seperate. Thoughts?

It's not the ending where shepard lives, that would be the "destroy all synthetic life" ending with enough allies at your back. Seen it myself.C Trayne wrote...

It's lies, I replayed a second time no changes just made getting assets easier and had guns/armor/upgrades carry over.
