I played Renegade, and there was no mocking of the quotes, she just said something like, "I warned you and you didn't listen!"

there was no "i told you so" like i had hoped... but i thought that was because i was paragon...

Yeah there was. At the point in the conversation there was an option like "thank you" or something, and the bottom option was "I warned you about this". So we got our "I told you so" line.
