The last two ME game have had great final fiights The human reaper and saren and his mech second form this time nothing just TIM whos a dead man anyway all that build up for him and nothing bs. Then you go with that child that keep haunting your dreams. and you get crappy endings. You know i invest so much time into this game and get all these fricken races together to defeat teh damm reapers but instead we get horse ****. No final fight with harbringer the leader of the reapers no destruction of the reapers jsut some crud they put up.
Bioware what i would rather have is instead
1.) shepard makes it into that beam with his squad like he should.
2.) He fights a beefed up version of TIM as a proper final fight and maybe even have harbringer posses him.
3) Shepard defeats TIM and good ending can proceed. Need some help here some ideas..
Depending on military str, paragon or w/e Shepard either lives or dies and activates the device firing directing onto harbringer which starts a chain reaction that destroys all.the reapers.
Cheering on earth ensues, final look at normandy squad etc etc done
Sugg for new ending and or rather final 30 minutes

You know, I think the current ending would work if it was heavily modified.
Firstly, it should be possible for Anderson to live (if your assets are high enough) and accompany you to the catalyst, along with your squadmates.
That leads directly into the second point: If Anderson is still alive, it's possible for him to make the sacrifices in the Control or Synthesis endings instead of Shepard. So no bull**** where Shepard dies no matter what unless you choose the worst ending.
Thirdly, stop with the space magic. Make the catalyst an AI that dwells within the Citadel rather than a magic space god, and make the mass relay destruction a result of a self destruct signal the crucible sends; your first choice is to use the crucible as the Protheans intended, which is to say to destroy all Reaper technology in the galaxy, the mass relays and AIs (which can be hand waved as being for all intents and purposes Reaper technology) included as an unfortunate side effect. The synthesis ending, rather than being some crazy magical green energy thing, involves the release of nanobots similar to those that make husks but not as destructive to the host and subtly alter the structure of organic beings they infect. It's kinda technobabble, but at least its better than the magical green energy blast. It also doesn't require a sacrifice from anyone, the fact that it did was really contrived.
I third the Control ending should remain largely intact though, I liked the idea behind it. Of course, its vague as to whether the person who makes the sacrifice will take the catalysts place as the core intelligence of the Citadel and master of the Reapers, or whether they'll simply be able to force the Reapers to retreat to dark space, buying the races of the galaxy time to rebuild.

#2 was actually the original idea, a reaper-TIM mutant as stated in the CE's artbook.
But they decided to go with a largely unchanged TIM to emphasis TIM's use of intellect rather than brute strength, which I found okay.
Personally I think Anderson shouldn't have made it up the beam, the final confrontation should just be Shepard and TIM.
Depending on your choices throughout the game however, Anderson or a squadmate will/can arrive to help you against TIM, and offer a variance of the final sequences based on your decisions.
Harbinger wasn't the leader of the reapers, he was just the one assigned to the task at hand in ME2 (recover Shepard) just like Sovereign was assigned to activate the citadel in ME1. The reapers serve the catalyst, there isn't a hierarchy among them.
