The game... Epic... Awesome! The Ending? Worse than any Kotor. Worse than Dues ex. In fact a text book dues ex crappy ending. The second one not the first.

So
I played a game on the PC once a long time ago on a 486 far far away... It was
called Dues Ex heard of it? NO? Well let me tell you how it ends... It just so
happens you get to choose a certain path. Then there is Dues Ex 2 which is very
similar, but with the same crappy ending for each choice... you can combine
with an AI, Destroy all technology, OR or get this you can let the Illuminati govern
the people and the AI THAT is the only difference your game has in
ending.



I cannot even begin to tell you how much I loath, HOW much
I hate being a Matyr and what choices did you give us? Oh well you gave us
three. All of them send me to my doom. Yup sends ME the person I have
been shaping and playing all these three games only to be killed off in some
final sacrifice to save humanity.  This
is escapism, I have a very crappy life I will not lie, and I need a break from
said crappy life to save the day you could say. Have you learned nothing from
your Kotor endings? DID you have to copy the Dues ex style of ending a game as
horrible as possible? Don’t get me wrong the gameplay was EPIC! It was Awesome!
But if you went to a fireworks show and saw all these fireworks and then
anticipating the grand finale, only to have them send out a kid with a
sparkler. Wouldn’t you be annoyed? Be kinda funny, but you would be mad.
Especially if you paid 60 bucks.



This is escapism, I don't want to be turned into energy or blown up, or merge
all synthetics. I want the ME1 ending where I can live to fight another
day. See myself settle down would be cool. Get to talk to all my friends and
have cut scenes of them moving off or sticking close by. All while in the
background you can see alliance headquarters being rebuilt with the love
interest at your side.



Oh and all three endings are pretty much the same. The Normanday gets stranded?
AWESOME, I stranded joker and Ashley and all my friends on a planet. For
what, to start a new society. Not very Epic at all. Joker can have his way with
Ashley (who I chose as my love interest.and on the other ending he can have his
way with Ashley and the EDI... So he takes my girl and has a sexbot. He’s
living the dream and Me? Oh well I died. I sacrificed myself. To have three
identical endings with different color explosions.



Make a fourth ending where shepard kills off all the Reapers, (Since he has an
amazing ability to get people to blow their brains out. Just by talking to
them. (Saren, and the Illusive Man for example) and he flies back to Earth sets
a nice piece of Earth for himself and settles down with whatever love interest
he would like. ( I am being redundant for a reason here.) We can still deal
with the stupid child AI that has been done so many times over, BUT HEY
atleast I wouldn't be dead.  Three games
of falling in love with these characters and my character for that matter only
to die at the end. What a waiste. Release a DLC ending with this and yes I will
pay for it. I would pay another 60 dollars just to not have this Awesome Story
marred by a 15 minute screw up ending.



So depressing it is outragous especially since the Second Dues EX game that
just came out is virtually identical Especially the fact you couldn't make
three entirely different endings. NOPE just a rerender for All of them. You
got all the fleets together. So some stupid child could tell you hey I planned
this all out. The reapers being a rebellious contruct from Many generations ago
and only able to become contious by harvesting organics and serving as their
way to procreate. MUCH BETTER. Especially when an overwhelming fleet of unity
kicks their buts. Oh and Synthetics can’t exist with organics? What was the
point of having me unify them. The quarians and geth living together? Edi
dating joker. But oh no this Citidel Catalyst knows better. Thanks for copying
Dues Ex.
