Anyone figured these out yet?

Mine's all for Ashley, but for some reason in the convo on the citadel with the bartender, it appears I've been flagged as Liara's romance. I'm not entirely sure why! Maybe it was something I said in the limited conversations on the Normandy so far.

But anyway does anyone know when the romances are considered to have 'locked in'? I'm not even past Tunchanka yet.
