Is there a limited time Jack is in Purgatory? Is she only there right after Grissom Achedemy or what? Or do I have to be invited to hang out with her? Can someone clarify this for me?

I missed her by accident. I got an email from her, saw her, didn't talk to her, and when I came back she was gone.

She should email you to see her on purgatory. I think its a little after the grissom mission
