My Galaxy at War Map say's its offline, but im connected to the EA server.  Also while playing MP i wasn't gaining any Galactic Readiness after completing a map.  My BSN account says its synced with the game but whenever i try to look at the Galaxy at war map on the my game page it justs asks for my password and then loads right back to the same page.  

I would greatly appreciate some help with solving this issue.

Unfortunately there are a lot of us having the problem. I have contacted EA several times, checked forums, even asked Casey Hudson a question about it on twitter. Only thing I have gotten back is from EA saying it is probably a but and they will inform developers. So apparently there aren't enough of us to even acknowledge the issue. I don't know.

yeap. after lengthy discussions (full of "please give me 4-5 minutes... that are actually 20 minutes) the only answer i got was "i have escalated your issue."

Same issue, was about 90min on live support chat, all i got was same questions all the time. What error it is saying etc... Or go to your profile and click Galaxy at War, but all it does is ask password and then jumps back to profile page

Same here, contact EA help but they just keep saying register the game on here, I did but still not working...hope someone in bioware start look into it as i am not the only one:(

Same problem, and Mass Effect Infiltrator has now hung on uploading intel. It is just sitting there frozen and won't complete.

Fails to load for me too. It was there and working on my first (imported) character on the very first time I accessed it(ie. the Normandy tour), but it was broken on all other times of access, even though I had not logged out of the character. It has not worked since, not even on a new character, or an imported new character.

Also, I was connected to the network on the first character for 4+ hours. The other times I was not connected to the net, so this morning I imported a new character while connected to the network.  It did not work that way either.
This really needs to be patched.

Ok just going on a limb here. Just to troubleshoot and mark this off the list. When I bought ME2. It was 2 years ago so I don't fully remember when linking EA accounts and such but I did have an old xbox console and since got a new one and never transferred license to new console just gamertag. So my new theory is the BSN account/EA account is connected to old console and not new one. Have you guys who have xboxes started on old consoles when you linked to EA/BSN accounts or people with PC had old PC's? Just another theory. EA still hasn't gotten back to me on it so asking you guys.

I am having the same issue, and I started with a character I've played through 1,2 and 3 on the same xbox.Same EA account (as I recall... it has been some time).

Here's to hoping they resolve this in a patch soon.

Failure to connect to server screen on main menu, my galactic readiness never goes up in single player and my map in multiplayer never changes. I am at the point that it seems like I am doomed to never see the best ending unless I read about it in the forums or watch it on YouTube.

Everyone start emailing, tweeting EA, Bioware, Casey Hudson asking about problem. More people ask them hopefully sooner they will respond. Also email IGN, Game informer etc asking them if they heard anything about it so maybe they can push EA Bioware to address issue.

Yep, i know that feeling. Luckily i can borrow my brother's ME3 account and play it with best ending

Yea I am having the same issue as well...

And what really makes it so bad is this is the first MP that I actually likre playing but I want my best ending as well.

According to another forum you are supposed to message a BioWare staff member named Jesse.Reid. I have and am waiting on a reply or the situation to be fixed.
