I'm on ps3 and I play a multiplayer match and I get to 59225 credits. I play another match and my credits don't go up. Play another match and the same thing. If they do go up, when I go into the store my credit go back down to 59225. I don't understand. I can't buy a spectre pack. Please help.

your not earning money. are you beating the money missions? The ones that have you search or hack something? if not, your not earning money. Time is a factor to how much you earn as well

this exact thing happened to me only a moment ago, had 17k, earned 15k (shown to me on the post match results screen), went to the shop in the lobby to see i still only had 17k.

I am having this same problem.  Got to about 58k credits.  Earned another 30+k from a silver match.  Went to go buy a specter pack, resets down to 58k.  Happened twice more.  

WHERE IS MY MISSING 90K CREDITS!?!?

I missed 30K credits and two level ups due to this glitch. I can't buy anything either

Happened to me too--two matches in a row (on 360). Happened once, and my attitude was, "oh well, glitches happen." Twice in a row, and it's off to single-player for me. Pity, too, because I'm only a quarter-bar away from my first level 20 character.

I am having the same problem on xbox. Complete the mission and awarded the xp and credits but when I try to buy something at the store I only have 10400 credits.

50k credits lost i was up to 59k trying to get that last 10k and it would reset to 42k, happened on three missions so far. On XBOX.

Happened to both my buddy and I just now. I finished a silver match and got nothing.

Happened to me too. Missed around 70k from 2 silver matches. I didn't get the xp either. I also can't connect to the EA servers randomly.

Edit: I dashboarded (Xbox) to see if reloading up the game would work. Now I'm stuck at an infinite "Checking downloadable content" screen. It doesn't go away.

Same here. My last 4 or 5 matches. Credits and XP are listed during Mission Success screen like always, but then I go to the store and I did not earn any credits.

Worse still, it isn't giving me my XP. I went from 12 to 13. put the points where I wanted them, then backed out. Seemed like normal. Went to the store to spend my credits and realized my credits weren't there, then I realized I was back at level 12. WTF?

 Same thing here. i would be at nearly 70k if not for the glitch. hopefully it will be patched. just hope we will get our creds back

just happened to me and a friend as well. i noticed though, that the credits didn't reset to their former value until i opened up the store. frustrating

No solution to my knowledge or any of my friends/squadmates, hopefully we will get the credits refunded.

I played for the last 1.5 hrs and gained zero progress in levels and money. I even leveled up to 18 on the character I've been playing only to have it reset twice back to 17 as well as the amount of credits I earned.

Well, at least I know that it's not just me now. Multiplayer is buggy as hell. I had that happen 4 games in a row. That would have been enough for me to buy 12 packs. It's really frustrating to be stuck with one level 4 character for multiple games.

I was able to spend mine by backing out the lobby and spending them through the multiplayer main menu, maybe this will work for others till they fix it.

Just had several matches with the same crew where a number of us found that while our credits would count up at the end of a game, they would disappear once we went into the store.

Had similar problem.. fixed it by resetting/rebooting.. try that.. it can't hurt & might fix it like it did mine.

Missing some credits myself thought i was tripping when i have 19700 ceds earn 15 and i was back down to 19

I had it happen 3 or 4 times to me today. I thought it was just my imagination and i kind of already had spend the credits, but now i did a last round. Thought i am going to get the 20k and take a veteran pack with me on my way out after i did one more mission, instead of saving up.

Then went into the mission, with about 16k credits. We started playing, went rather smooth except for the Vanguard dying on us constantly, and we made a full extration. I skipped the level up and galactic readiness messages, checked the score real quick and returned to the lobby. Despite the fact that i should have been awarded 15500 credits, as the score picture showed i was back in the game lobby with only 16k credits.

Logged out of the game, checked the store just in case it was just a display glitch, tried leaving multiplayer and returning, my credits remained at 16k despite it should have been 33k.

I am fairly certain it did happen to me at least 2 more times, probably 4, because about halfway through the evening, i kinda stopped checking and did a couple matched, when i was certain i should have around 80k and could logg out to take a break, i suddenly only had 20k. But i wasn't sure if i maybe had bought a spectre pack. Now after this has happened to me, and i am very certain it did happen, since the credits were the only reason i joined that last game, i am certain it happened before as well and i didn't buy that pack i though i might have bought without remembering.


Any idea if they plan to fix that? Because if we now even lose credits and have to play lottery for anything worthwhile (or rather anything that isn't a shotgun... really who needs all those shotguns?), i might as well stop playing Multiplayer too.
