While reflecting on the horrible endings for ME3 I came up with an idea regarding how TIM should have been handeled in the ending. If you gave him the base at the end of ME2 he would have found a way to make himself immune or highly resistent to indoctrination thanks to having access to the human reaper and would have helped you in the end if you had a high enough reputation score. However if you destroyed the base he would have been indoctrinated thanks to not having access to the technology from the base therefore being forced to trying more extreme experiments with less percautions and have the ending be similar to the original. So what do you think?

Screw TIM. I wanted to see his own creations turn on him, he got off easy in my book.

Shepard should have been presented the option to collaborate with TIM during the Mars mission if the base was kept.

well T.I.M and Cerberus situation could have been handle differently. I know that many players do have their own reasons for not liking them and they are entitle to their opinions.
Basely For Regenades, T.I.M. or Aria should be your primary ally.
For Paragons, Alliance or Council should be your primary ally.
As for Shepard, Free lance due to how many ways to play as Shepard.

Did saving the base actually do anything or did the ending ignore that choice like every other one in the game?

I didn't mind the part about TIM. I honestly enjoyed the similarity with Saren from the first game, although, if I was Shepard personally, the first moment I see TIM going evil, I would have hunted him down before the Reapers. I knew he was going to be a backstabbing b*stard.
