I feel like maybe I've been overly negative because of the bad endings, even if it was deservedly so.
That said, the music in the game, especially the cinematic scenes (and even the crappy ending!) was nothing short of excellent.
Just saying.
Props for the music

Meh. Some pieces were excellent but it lacks the sci-fi, "Blade Runner" feeling of the first game, which was my favorite.
Just my opinion though.

Leaving Earth - Clint Mansell. 'Nuff said.
Gorgeous track. Can't get it out of my head, and the rest of the music makes for a great morning commute.

The score was superb, and was a big part of why some of the scenes were so powerful. They had some pretty well respected composers working on the soundtrack too.

I liked it, I don't deny it, but most of the music in the game is recycled from ME2, good thing anyway since I loved ME2's unique themes, especially the music during the Suicide Mission (which plays a few times in ME3).

Yeah I like how the game had a distinct theme music this time around.

The music during the credits was the best thing about the end of the game.

Yes, even though the ending effectively ruined 5 years of lore and fandom in 5 minutes, at least the music was awesome. The track that plays during Mordin's sacrifice....gut wrenching, to say the least.

Clint Mansell = boss! Yes, all the composers killed it with this soundtrack. Fantastic music for ME3

The music in the Captain's Cabin was amazing, there was a particular happy track that cheered me up greatly after Thessia. The entire game really was well done, got my blood pumping in the action parts and crying in the sadder bits.

The soundtrack was amazing, was very happy to see old songs return, such as the overlord one...and I think some suicide mission music.

Igot the soundtrack and as i listen to it, it reminds me of all the great moments I had in the game. And then.... An End Once And For All track plays and i get upset cuz its the ending music
. But the fact that it brings all those emotions out of me makes it great.

The soundtrack was beyond excellent. The perfect synthesis of ME1 and ME2 in my opinion.

Definitely enjoyed the nods to the first two games' soundtracks, as well as the new pieces by Mansell. Gorgeous soundtrack. I especially liked the ME1 title song's usage during the Genophage cure's dispersal, and An End, Once and For All...you know, despite the whole watching-my-Shepard-disintegrate-right-before-my-eyes part.

Yeah, really good soundtrack. I found some pieces to be a bit repetitive, but overall the music was amazing. Hopeful, badass, epic (my god, the track that plays as you take on that Reaper on Rannoch...), heartbreaking (cried on more than a few occasions), you name it. Well done guys.
There's one piece in particular I find especially haunting, it's the one that plays near at end of the game, as you ascend to the Guardian/Catalyst/god-child/whatever and he talks to you. Does anyone know who composed it? From the way it's constructed and the way it makes my heart constrict in my chest,I'd say Clint Mansell, but I could be wrong. Yup, I was wrong. It's one of Sam's.
Edit : Oh and yeah, one of my favourite "I'm going to crush your soul!" piece is the one that plays if you choose the Geth on Rannoch. That + visuals = AUGH, my heart!
