A small plus, a file with Kaidan skin, includes files for use during all the game. In the Huerta Memorial before looked like a painting. <_<

Wait, what's this? A higher res version of Kaidan's skin? If so, that's great. I'm very big on character faces and skin and so far, there has been little to no support in this thread for that.

Unfortunately, skin is very difficult to work with. I did a clean hands version of the default alliance suit for the guys, and it was a pain. I'm still not totally satisfied with it.

Hey guys,

I've been using the v1.5 illumination mod and it makes the game look fantastic. I have been tweaking the FXAA tool and I am happy with my current settings. However, I find that the brightness of light sources (interior lighting, bright stars, mass relays, etc) is too strong. 

What options in the FXAA tool should i change to reduce the brighness of light sources but without reducing the brightness of the games general colours? When I try I just end up making everything too dark. I hope I'm making sense.

^Yes, the fxaa settings for v1.5 illumination have the contrast way too strong (light areas get washed out and lose details). Turn down the exposure and try messing with the "fog" setting.

I was wondering this too. I wanted to know if anyone could make the sleaveless jacket invisible on this outfit:

Turning down the exposure worked great, I can walk through the Citidel without squinting now.

Today .. Liara default Suit. :)

Improved the main texture, added HR Relief File and new Tone File.

It is clear that all the characters are even better with the modifications to the relief, new Liara v1.3 looks great in the game, definitely better than before:

No. It doesn't work like that. As I understand it, the physical model includes the outfit. So when you switch outfits, most of the time you are switching models. The texture is then applied to each individual model. In this case the jacket can't disappear because its most likely part of the model. If you pull part of the texture out, you just see the model sans texture. It basically appears grey if I recall.

You should add the high-res Kaidan face to the first page. The default texture is kind of pixelated and this makes it look better. More people should be aware of this mod.

Yes, today when I add the new version of Liara, I forget it. Tomorrow when I add the next MOD, I will (every time I edit the post, is deconfigured completely and I must correct it all again).

When I try to extract the .tpf files of parts 1, 2, and 3 of the Master File Zona C HighRes Structures, objects and machinery textures (both on mediafire and skydrive) it will state "Data error in '3. Master File Zona C - ME3 HighRes Structures, objects and machinery..tpf'. File is broken". It will then extract a .tpf file that is 0kb in size. I'm using 7zip and all I'm trying to do is extract the .tpf files. Am I missing something here? Or are these files just corrupted somehow? Any help would suffice, I would love to see the ME universe in hi res! Thanks in advance.

I use TPFextract and I haven't had an issue yet, you may want to try that.

The files are not corrupted, do this:

- Put all 3 parts in one folder
- Open "... part1.rar" with Winrar Software
- Extract the contents
- Ready.

* And the result is only 1 tpf file.

For now I am committed to update the suits and armors that are already in the Post. Perhaps after finishing this process ...

I have a quick question. Will a handful of large tpf files load faster than a large amount of smaller ones? because right now I have probably 30-40 tpf files and ME3 takes a loooong time to load. It does load, just takes like 15 minutes. Also I don't think it's my system specs, 8gb of ram and 1 gig of vram (6850).

I did not notice any change, because the amount of files that are sent to the video memory are still the same, it does not matter if it is one single tpf file or 80 tpf files. :huh:

In my case (9 minutes), there are no differences.

Why didn't you add the relief layer or whatever when you were making the files originally?
