It's about 6 minutes or so on my machine. About the only thing that makes it load faster is CPU clock speed / IPC performance. The Texmod application is evidently poorly multithreaded if multithreaded at all.

I'm glad that what is being shared in the Post will be useful.
For my part every day'll add at least one new updated MOD. I will follow the same order as they are on the first page, therefore within 12 hours (recently I go to sleep), I will continue with N7 Default Armor for Male Shepard.
Although this is a very complex armor to have many pieces, I hope to finish it during the day.
I have postponed my second game in story mode to have all the armor and suits Updated, I have no doubt that it will be spectacular

Of the mods that currently exist for ME2, these are the things I think do or (might) exist as ME3 mods you could import over (other than Aria, which you already did):
All ME2 non-heavy guns (other than collector assault rifle)
Quarians (would re-color, but they look _awful_ with default color)
N7 breather helmet
Terminus Armor
Collector Armor
Cerberus Armor (? not sure if this was done)
Beyond that, perhaps the hovercar interior/exterior - there's a lot of ugly close ups of that. I have no idea if you done that or if it's a texture reused in ME3 or something.
The geth in ME2 actually have different faces and I haven't found any enemies I think that cross over but don't have available HD textures.

New normal maps and specular light maps have to be done for ME2 imports as the game does lighting differently. This by itself is of no real consequence as it's easy enough to do. However, the guns can not all be ported over. I noticed that the physical design of some of the weapons underwent some drastic changes that are not readily apparent. I think the Revenant can transfer back and fourth as can the M-98 Widow. However the M-96 Mattock, M-15 Vindicator and a few other guns can not. The ME2 versions include optics on the top of the weapon receiver. The ME3 versions don't. These weapons were changed to accomodate player mods. Sadly, their textures are quite different because of this.
I looked also looked at the armors. Specifically I noticed that the texture for the Collector Armor, Cerberus Assault Armor, and Inferno Armor are identical to ME3's and it's the normal maps that make them look like ****. I was just looking at the Geth. They are entirely different in Mass Effect 2. They will not transfer over.

I still have not been able to buy Leviathan, anyway you could play with "Master File C", sure there are textures repeated from other levels.

Though are there any plans to release any of the other armor pieces? LIke the rosenkov set, serrice, etc. I like mixing up a lot of the sets but it kinda bothers me when only 1 or 2 are HR and the rest aren't lol. >_<;;

After two days of hard work, I present the new Default N7 Armor for Male Shepard in Ultra High Definition.
Changes:
- New illumination files.
- New re-textured areas.
- New files for tone limits.
- New Relief Files.
- New Light layers.
- New metallic N7 logo.






















Catches are in jpg format, in game looks much better.
RF > - Download the version you prefer (with or without blood spots) on the first page, number 5.

From the neck to the feet is Kai Leng, and I add the same lights in the hull (eyes).

It's been a long time coming because I've been focusing on doing permanent modding of the game files with ME3 Explorer. It's really exciting, those guys are really close to being able to replace any texture in the game.
Anyway, tell me what you think of the mod, especially ways to improve it!
