I do love this new look. Much better and bolder. 

Just two things that I think could be improved upon in future updates:

1. The "pocket" area on her pants where her belt hangs, the lower back area and the section behind her knees. In the original, it's a different material then the rest of the jumpsuit. I think it might be worthwhile just so you don't have a constant repeating pattern that can come off looking a bit rushed.

2. Folds in the material. MInor thing but I did like how ME3 added them to all the textures.

Also…I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask but I’ve been experimenting with ME3Explorer (Ohmygosh so cool! Image IPB) and I’ve managed to give Ashley a pretty passable looking bun for combat situations (I think it still needs some tweaks though Image IPB…but here it is so far: http://i49.tinypic.com/8wehvq.png) the only problem is whenever she gets a certain distance away the hairstyle reverts to the default mesh! Image IPB I’ve edited the BIOG_HMF_HIR_PRO.pcc file AND every .pcc file that I can find with any reference to Ashley’s hair:

BioH_Ashley_00_Explore.pcc
BioH_Ashley_00_NC.pcc
BioH_Ashley_01.pcc
BioH_Ashley_01_Explore.pcc

Garrus's textures look neat already. do you also plan on redoing his scarring? in the dx sdk it at least looks like you left that part untouched. but very nice work *clap, clap*
also i highly support your efforts with ashley (moral support, since i can't give you actual advice xD), i always liked her me1 style, seemed to be way more fitting for a soldier.

Thank you, Flotito! Image IPB I am so glad you like it! Yup, I thought the scarring looked okay in the default texture so I left it the same but I’ll take a look at it once I have this Ashley thing sorted out. I agree that her ME3 hairstyle for sure does not seem as fitting for a soldier – I sure wouldn’t want to go into combat with hair over one of my eyes!! Image IPB Haha!

My process so far has been to open the .pcc file in Meshplorer -> Transfer -> Import from PSK then to update the PCConsoleTOC.bin to reflect the changes. Image IPB

Theres a menu "LODs" where you can switch between lods for display/import

np, but I guess bioware will prefer that ME3 Explorer related question get posted in our forum: http://me3explorer.freeforums.org/ because its not supported by them, so this is the wrong forum to ask for help^^ but still I want to share the answer with the others, here a pic of it, be sure to have a skeletalmesh selected on the left, then you can see the lods in the details and the menu appears:

Oh lord, if you could release this somehow, i would be forever thankfull ( might even name my first born after you  =])

Seriously, Ashley keeping her long hair as such during combat really bothered me.

lets hope that the meshplorer will soon work with me2 .. then, we can import the old ash to me3.


i personally hope, that the animation-tool is working soon .. i want to replace the heavy melee animation on the infiltrator. the soldier animation looks far better and cold blooded.


there are some pretty awesome textures here - i love most of them.

I do not want to redo the lighting files and minus the relief file, create that cost me to much :pinched:....
But what we can do is change the color of those areas ... maybe to black?:

I have also improved the exposed portion of the chest .. now looks more natural. :D

Please .. leave me your opinions about the color of the back ... but do not ask me to change the material .. It would have to redo other files that take too long. :D... Thanks !

Just stopping by to thank everyone for all of the textures posted here. I had a chance to go back through the past few months of additions and there is a lot of great work here.

@ smarteck I really like your update for Miranda and the banshee texture you made.

Now if I can just remember to run all of these. The folder I keep all of them in is extremely disorganized.

I don't know. Maybe. I'd have to see what it looks like with the hip area and the back of knee area as well.

Just another request - could we get the science / hospital uniforms taken care of? I know Smarteck already did the female ones, but if we could get the male ones as well that would be great, especially since the male hospital uniforms are quite prominent early in the game.

I hope the damaged EDI head and hands textures swap over onto the MP skin. (Prolly not.)

It'd make it look cool and differentiate it from, you know. Looking exactly like EDI. Even if it wasn't high quality.

Original Harrier texture was created by smarteck (Weapon Cerberus Harrier Dark Edition HR).
I just replaced the Cerberus logo with the Spectre emblem. And recolored the yellow stripes.

If someone could let me know if my EDI HR retexture works on the new Alliance Infiltration Unit, that'd be grand. I haven't unlocked her yet, so can't check if the identifier is the same.
