Instead of just one download at a time are there any packs available, or am I looking in the wrong direction?

You can download folders of textures from smarteck's skydrive link on the first page. Other than that, only dlc packs exist to my knowledge. Links are also on the first page and in skydrive

The skydrive links lead me to a "Sorry, something went wrong" page (by Skydrive, not the browser). But the individual mediafire links worked fine.

Also if you're having problems running a lot of the mods at once, if there's no Origin problem, then it could be a vram (graphics card memory) issue if you don't have enough. 1gb+ was recommended if you're loading like 50-60+ different textures. You should consider the total amount of textures you're adding (file sizes) IN ADDITION TO the fact that the graphics card will be processing other parts of the game!

Update everyone regarding potential conflicts regarding citadel dlc. one of many intelligent knowledgable users on this forum on my origin shed light on the matter and based on tests i doing this appears credible. Surprise to surprise it is because of Ea's obsessions with each most recent game title released to the market-= later games like the latest damn simcity!! overtly reliant constantly on tjhe ea servers. Which is stupid, moronic and nonsensical for a game like that- unecessary. The point is for people like me who live in the darn souther hemisphere furthest from the most powerful ea servers around the world...furthest from you all who not had conflict issues with loading save games with large texmod after citadel dlc installed...

And it seems atm to make sense. Smarteck worked with me brilliantly even if we were unable to resolve the issue, and we conlcuded it was a 'timing' issue..where if it took longer than 4 mins to process large amounts of texmods ea servers would not pick up connection and could not locate existing dlc which we all have installed on our hardrives so lord knows after we initially register game why we need ea server verification of our dlc to begin with!!

Point is the timing issue related directly to the fact the ea servers were stretched beyond their measley maximum capacity cos of ea's ludicrous insistance that all there games suck the life out of their weak as servers 24/7 inc the latest release of simcity..i noticed a longer delay for load time to connect to ea servers no thanx to the servers being stretched beyond capacity.

This means my effort to fix up things hat were not conflicting at my end was a waste of half a day. HOWEVER i am deeply grateful for smarteck passion and dedication to help me best he can.

It the ea servers EVERYONE has a beef with and either they scrap them or they upgrade them enough ea! upgrade the servers pls!

I am very sorry that you are having issues. However, you cannot blame solely EA, or their servers, for "timing issues" if you are running extra programs (Mods/Textures for your particular issue) on top of what the servers were designed to receive.

If the servers work normally without the Mods/Textures then they are working as intended. EA would see that and say no upgrades are needed. I do not think BioWare can put in a request to bolster the servers to account for the modding community. I cannot speak about SimCity because I have not experienced any of the issues that have come up from that game's launch.

Just want to add another voice to choir re: DLC suddenly not being authorized after a particularly long TexMod load. It started happening out of the blue Saturday evening.. I've been running *a lot* of .tpfs from this amazing thread for nearly a month now - nothing in my setup re: files used or config has changed. In fact the time it worked and then stopped working was paired down to about a 45 minute window when I took a break to eat. Aside from the ~10-12 minute load time, it all worked great and now I feel a bit spoiled.

Basically - if I run ME3 directly through Origin, no texmod, it loads up fine and everything is peachy.

If I do ~5-12 mods, again, its fine. But if I try and do a full game's worth of mods, 35+, even pruning out tpfs for characters I don't feel like using (like in Multiplayer, which I load separately/differently vs. if I want to play campaign), when the menu screen first loads up the little laptop status bar underneath says "Connect to EA" as opposed to "Connected to EA Servers" like it normally does.

It then does that little lag thing where it hangs and I assume does its DRM magic, pulls up my Galaxy At War map, correctly, and starts spooling recent MP achievements earned by my friends list, etc., and the status DOES show "Connected to EA Servers" without me having to press the button. And then finally the giant wall of "Unable to authorize the listed DLC" shows up and I can't Resume my game, and trying to play MP only lets me access the vanilla kits.

I've spent the past 2 days re-installing various bits of the game, making sure repair install was okay, using the original coalesced.bin (my version was only modded to get rid of the splash EA vid when you start up and interactive item view distance and nothing else). In a way I'm relieved its not just me or my install and is just Origin being a POS as usual. But it sounds like we may also truly be SOL and will have to deal with it... blah.

That's all.

A few months ago this problem happened to me .. For a whole day I could not access the game, and doing nothing for my part, was solved the next day and has not failed again.

Maybe it's a problem for geographic areas with EA servers, it may be a matter of time that the problem is solved in the affected areas .. hopefully be resolved soon.

I can, without issues on any of the accounts you reported, load any and ALL of my own texture mods for ME3. This counts hundreds of individual texture replacers in well over 20 total individual TPFs. This combined with TPF's that were specifically made to replace Citadel DLC textures. I wouldn't say there's a global issue.

I'm more tempted to think this boils down to (a) individual texture(s) in a mod (and I remember seeing this reported by others), if it is at all texmod related to begin with. I'd suggest trying to eliminate the culprit by running them one by one and seeing when stuff goes boom. If nothing does, you can assume that's not the issue at all, simply victim of a larger / not directly related issue on your system.

I can run 31 mods for ME3 so far, most of them character textures but with a few enviroment mods (Citadel, Citadel the return and Normandy mods) I tried loading just Leviathen and Omega mods from the first page and they load up fine and I can carry on with my save file. Add those 2 with the rest of the working mods and it's gives me the authorisation failed problem.:crying:

Is there anything out there that explains what each of the individual FXAA Injector settings does? I have the 16-bit shadows glitch and am now trying to compensate for having to disable DepthOfField. The program settings definitely help, but I want to boost contrast a bit more, and I don't know which sliders to use to deepen the blacks again.

All these suggestions are good and appreciate BUT i done ALL OF THEM BEFORE! lol so nope this is the point where the ea servers are to be held to account..and they sure as hell know it.

I agree storngly with smarteck the geographical problem combined with the misguided decision to make simcity mplayer and require the SAME EA server to be used causes troo much strain and leads to delays far more sever than usual

Also, isn't it a known fact that bioware support the texmod community? given their popularity esp of smartecks textures, i mean like hundred of thousands use your mods smarteck right? your nio.1 and deserve to be.:D

So unless bioware/ ea are seriously in the business of pushing their fanbase away why would they do things to make legit texmods have negative impact for loading times? Further..it not just about modding community..but also and furthermore about the fact that :

1. Loading times blow out dramatically- it takes over 15 mins to bloody load the main menu???!!!!! what the heck is that about? and that coincided with the time as i been told by other origin users long term on my friends list..no thanx to ea servers straining to accomodate the new release of simcity i mean simcity mplayer? TYOU GOTT BE JOKING!!!! IT A CITY SIMULATOR FFS!! MPLAYER OBSESSION OVERDRIVE !! Enough! we say.

Ea server SHOULD be prioritised to games that can be adaptable to mplayer..not ones that are more superficial like simcity ridiculous absolutely outragrous. Yes, mass effect 3 works beautifully for mplayer...if they upgrade the servers..it will be even more enjoyable. But how and why to begin with the servers need you to authorize your dlc CONSTANTLY EVERY SDINGLE TIME YOU DO SPLAYER AND NOT MPLAYER when you ALREADY HAVE THE PROGRAMS on your pc the dlc legit..is beyond me. no! this is NOT the answer for curbing hacking..make your serial codes ahnd registration more full proof.  Ie my account was hacked...or data lost in their database so rather than put it on us, their own customers, why dont we have the companies be more accountable for their products their servers for once?!! just once!!

Loading times blow out..increased risk of server disconnect cos it takes way too loong when simcity or other games run in tandem. when thousdands of pple worldwide log into me3 mplayer.

And i LOST half a day plus no make that one whole day equivalent..and i hope to get work soon i dont have time to deal with problems that are out of my control!

it just really pisses me off tbh how weak these servers are..and the notion that 6 ea based games can run at once...yes i want my texmod and above all i do not none of us should have to sit in front of our pc for 30 mins for game just to load!

i want ALL OF SMARTECKS superb high res textures not a portion like i was able to before simcity came out outragrous!

You're really going to have to accept the fact that EA's servers are working how they are designed. If they support an out of the box/vanilla game setup then they are working.
EA does not have to upgrade their servers to account for texmod injection. Fanbase mods are just that. Fan. They aren't taken into account when looking into server issues and while Bioware/EA supports modders, they make it quite clear that if mods break your game it's not their problem.
I'm also on the Southern Hemisphere servers and have had no problem thus far before or after the launch of Simcity. As for Simcity itself, the devs designed it that way on purpose and raging about it on a Mass Effect forum isn't going to get you anywhere.
As for texmod, have you tried running less textures by upgrading the textures in the game itself. Saltisgood has a very easy installer and is working on a second part here. Another option is trying to load the game with UMod.
Unfortunately very little can be done to assist you if you don't tell us in calm, detailed terms what exactly is happening and what you've tried. Ranting about EA doesn't help and people are more likely to skim over your post.

Man, I dont get it. I follow the instructions on http://social.biowar...oup/7065/#group , yet when I start the game up nothing has changed. All I want really is the N7 Ajax armor, all other fancy stuff is beyond my understanding, I'd probably screw the game up. Do I need to change something in the coalesced file, or those instructions are followed, its dealt with? Also, do I boot the game like usual, or do I have to start it via textmod, selecting mods etc, each time?

Thx, im sorta out of my territory.

Peggster did u get my pm? Do write back I appct that. I have great news everyone! I able to load all the texmods I like once agaain. It simply a matter of disconnecting origin as the splash screen or just after it loads before main menu loads. U have to disconnect or go offline of origin. Around the precise time just before u ' hit any key' In splash screen. Sometimes bit of trial and error but if it does not in main menu come up with cannot load following dlc u in the clear it will work. In this complex society it hard to focus on the simplest of solutions in life. So anyone who find they can't load all the texmmods they want since citadel dlc installed refer to this post. But it does not change the fact ea servers are ****house and in dire nd of a upgrade.

Smarteck when u citadel dlc coming out in high definition?

I would like to say that I'm not having the problems regarding the new Citadel DLC and multiple texmods. I routinely load 54 tpf files each play and have had no conflicts even with 16x AF and 32x CSAA.

However, I don't use any multiplayer textures or an FXAA injector.

Fantastic work from all involved.

@Liara's dress. I rather prefer the cream/white one. The Salmon gloves with the grey/silver dress doesn't do it for me. Maybe silver/light grey gloves and dress accents with a dark grey dress?
