I have the same problem. Hell I've barely had time to play the game. I haven't even played the new Citadel DLC yet. Haven't had anytime for modding.

Ok, the new files should correct the problem with the configurator in SweetFX.
- First, delete all previous files:

- Then paste the new files (read the instructions within the file): www.mediafire.com/

Let me know if this solves the problem completely.

It's an alternative coloration of liaras robe. I've tried to find a harmonizing color that fits to the environmental colors.

Do not open part2.rar
put all the rar parts in the same location and ONLY open part1.rar and extract the main folder. Maybe you can install Winrar.

Got the mod working once, not sure how, just minimized the screen and opened Origin to look at settings, went back to the game and it loaded. Anyway, another weird bug with the Citadel Mod added...went to check messages in the apartment and it wouldn't let me close that screen. The button made the sound but wouldn't leave the messages screen. Escape also did not work. Strange.
The mod is beautiful when it loads, though...lol.

So, maybe it is a language barrier but I am not quite sure what the suggestion is, here. Are you saying to turn off the Origin in game overlay GUI? Or, are you saying to start the game in Offline mode? Or, are you saying you have to leave Origin running and then exit out of the Origin app once the game gets to the screen where you "Press any key to continue"??
** EDIT
I tried going into "Offline" mode once the "Press any button" screen came up by minimizing out. It gave me an offline error but loaded up the HD mod and DLC content and I could play...nice.

No offense, but if you're staring at a black screen for 10 minutes, it sounds more like a case of PEBKAC than a problem with the mod.

In case you didn't notice, a description to this mod says "It can take up to 9 minutes to load all mods".
And yes I want to find out what is wrong and why it gives me error.

try this:
- load only 2 or 3 Mods for test if the game crash again
- maybe you are loading to many Mods (do you have 6+ GB on RAM?)
- maybe is your antivirus
- are all your 63 Mods OPTIMIZED?

Use only SweetFX Mod (is the best), just paste all the files and folder in your win32 game folder and satrt the game to see the Mod in action (press ScrLk key to disable/enable in-game)
and about Citadel Sky, the first is the default (looks pixelated in full screen)...

Ok, here is what I tried. Some of HD mods from your pack have Russian names because it was Russian guy who gave me the pack, but they are identical to everything uplodaded here.
So first I tried to load only those mods that are named in English. It took around 3 minutes after which everything loaded up perfectly. After it I quitted the game and loaded couple of mods with Russian filenames and they loaded up too. Then, I mixed 2 English and 2 Russian and everything worked.
After it I tried to load all 60 mods again and game crashed like before.
I have powerful gaming PC with 8 Gb of Corsair RAM and GTX 660Ti with 2 Gb RAM so my PC resources can't be an issue at all and yes I have 64x Win7.
What I really think about that maybe some texture mods are confliciting between each other? I could enable them one by one of course to find out which one but it would take me a whole day lol. What do you think?
I don't have antivirus at all, and I'm not sure if all my mods are optimized, they are all from this topic though, nothing extra. And origin in game is off.
