If I want to use most of the multiplayer-only texture mods the game doesn't load fast enough to authorize the DLCs wich are needed to play the multiplayer properly. I don't have so many textures loaded and even so it can't authorize

I don't know what the linking rules are here but check out the ME3Explorer website. There's something there that might fix it for you.

Also if you can link me to more banners that would be great because i love custom banners. Havent had an oppurtunity to test it with my friends yet but do other players see my custom banner and highres textures too? (for example on my character armor).

About the possibility of others seeing you with high-res: no. This is for the same reason you'll see them in high-res given you have their characters and weapons texture pack. There is no graphic data sent through peers in the MP. You receive only data to rebuild the image using your local content.

Check out the ME3Explorer project. It allows for permanent texture replacements so you don't have to launch the game through Texmod each time. Mesh edits are also actively being worked on.

when you add the TPF files in the list of Texmod, drag the mouse over some 30 files and press open, then repeat the process for the remaining files and ready, press RUN and play.... also you neeed to have like 4GBs of free RAM in Windows to load all that MODs.
