Yeah smarteck i really really appreciate and love your mods and the most important you were and have been consistent while the others come and go and some of them i agree should just be used with texmod.

Thanks for the support guys =)

Here you can find some other MODs I made: sdrv.ms/1aKxsC1

Also, yesterday I find something very cool for improve image quality on all games, is called DOWNSAMPLING. So far I tested on NFS Rivals, Dead Space 3, Mirrors Edge, Remember Me and Sleeping Dogs.. and the results are very impressive...

Sadly need a very good PC for work, like a GTX480 Vcard or better.. I need to download ME3 again to test Downsampling on it.. but in the other games, it has worked out great. :D

Here is the link to the tutorial: www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php

Oh.. and about SweetFX MOD, I have discovered that turning off SMAA or FXAA config, you can recover between 5 and 10 FPS. xD

Uncheck that:

Regarding downsampling: Easier with Nvidia cards i imagine. AMD has bloked it pretty much in their newer drivers (latest working was 12.11 b11 from november 2012). Plus it depends on the video card-->monitor cable. I had no problems with DVI but now with DisplayPort i cant get to work even with proper drivers.

AMD guide is here: forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php

Quick question if anyone is willing to help me out. I've been using ME2explorer to create .mod files and mod my ME2. Now I'll admit I'm using alot of mods, but the game seems to run just fine when all mods are installed. Now my question is that all the characters in game seem to have bloodshot eyes, and it's really distracting and breaks immersion for me. Does anyone know what mod causes that?

For me it was EyesHDv1.2.tpf.

Yeah that's what I originally thought, but I tried installing without that mod and I still got it. I guess I can figure it out by process of elimination, just gonna take awhile with all the uninstalling/reinstalling and starting the game up after every mod install lol

Well that one did it for me (installed only that mod and eyes got buggy). If I remember corectly I also removed jobs altering eye textures from LiaraLOTSB.tpf.

Just curious, where are you getting these fixed tpfs? me3explorer forum?

Oh ok, so the Liara mod might be to blame in this also? Cool, I'm gonna test without that part of the mod then, thanks for the info

Just fyi, replacing moded ones with vanilla pccs didn´t work for me. I had to delete BioGame folder and restore it from my backup + delete me3explorer and "install" it again (regenerate tree).

I posted a fix for the bloodshot eye issue in the appropriate thread on the me3explorer forums btw, the tpf's just need to be rebuilt keeping what I said in mind and that issue should be solved.

Sorry if I sound dumb, but where on the me3explorer forums is the appropriate thread for the fix?  I got all my tpf's from dns's thread called ME2 HR Textures (.mod and fixed .tpf)

Looks like the last Origin update broke texmod. At least for me. I've tried everything I could find to get it to work and... nothing. Thanks, Origin. <_<

Will your game boot at all wether or not you use texmod or is the issue more that texmod seems to work but very inconsistently actually replaces anything ingame (even though you have increased loadtime)?

Try throwing out and redownloading all the loose files in ..\\Origin Games\\Mass Effect 3\\Binaries\\Win32\\.. and use a fresh copy of Texmod plus the batch file. As that wasn't the only problem I was having personally I can't be sure if that's all you need to do but I can report that after a bunch of mucking about I did get it to work again (I ended up vanilla-ing my gamefiles the hard way and doing the above before it would work but that's just because my ME3Explorer was acting up as well).

Sorry hun, missed this. I posted a reply to people reporting the issue in that exact thread explaining how it can be fixed. It's probably a page or two/three back now.

It seems to work at first, gives that little pause before booting the game up like it's loading the tpf's, but in game I get nothing. The only thing I can figure was the recent Origin update. I vanilla'd everything short of re-installing the entire game again. I'll keep tinkering. Thanks.

Yeah I had the same. Well keep in mind that Origin update/repair aren't a surefire way to make sure your files are actually vanilla. Best way is to manually throw out files you want to vanilla and have them redownloaded from scratch.
I've had it plenty times where it looks like files were reverted but they still caused issues untill redownloaded from scratch.

Btw, I also had the game consistently crash on me everytime I attempted to run Texmod in logging mode (but not when in package mode), it's conceivable you might experience the same. Running in logging mode is a faster way of testing Texmod functionality regardless. After I replaced my files I can now run logging mode again without problems.

Yeah, logging mode crashed the game every time. Finally got it working, but it required a restart of my pc. And if I have to quit the game, I have to restart the pc to get it (TexMod) to work again. Really odd.
