Hi!

Thx again for the great work!

I'm using your texture mod since some times now & I got problems with some textures. First time I though I installed them in a wrong way or soemthing, but since then, I reinstalled my windows like 2 times & ME3 like 3/4 time and even have changed my graphic card (not to make them work, just because I had too :P)

But rather than trying to explain what are my problems with my poor english, I will just show with pictures :P

The first one is the most annoying because this texture is used on many missions :s

This one, as far as I can tell only occurs on the citadel (including DLC)

This one, well only in the cabin? (I think I saw it also somewhere else but I'm really not sure :s)

I also have a glitch with Javik's default armor but I can't show it since I applyed another mod to fix the problem. With your mod, the default armor is all white & shiny (Javik looks like an angel or somephing XD)

Not sure if I'm the only one with those problems of if they had been reported already.

And I've a question absolutly not related with your mods, but don't know where to ask, soi :3. I play the game in 4k resolution, the game is just great, but the hud don't scal, so as you can see it's really difficult to "read", especialy data pad info & subtitles (I like to play the game with english voice with french subtitles). Is there any mod that can change that?? :3

Thx for your help & keep the good work :D

you are also faced with an infinite loading screen when trying to access the refugee camp on the citadel

No problem... new textures are 4096x4096 to improve the details at any resolution :D ...  if you play at 1080p you will not lose any quality because the game will use the 4K texture anyway.  ;)

Thank you !

So after tediously trying to figure out how to use these mods (kind of knew but didn't really understand the downloading) but I started using these in tandem with some of Ottemis' mods and love it, ONE problem not necessarily a big one but it is one, the fish tank. I just downloaded and it is driving me bonkers. I may however has missed a fix somewhere.

Other users report that problem for that textures if uses ME3Explorer, sadly I can not help on that becouse I only use Texmod, for me is the easy way.. the problem for some users is wait for the loading time :P ...but Im ok with that.

Maybe you can find some fix for that on ME3Explorer Forums: http://me3explorer.freeforums.org/

Good luck!. ;)

Here you are.
Terminus_Armor_(Dead_Meat_v1.1).tpf

I think is a slightly older version.
Whether there is a newer unfortunately I do not know.

There is a tool for that called ME3Explorer, I did not have a good experience using it, but maybe is good for you:

I have tinkered around with a few textures and they load perfectly. I've had no issues so far. Have you ever considered compiling an executable to install all HR textures?

Well, true, but I suppose you could craft the installer so that the user selects which textures s/he wants to install. Just a thought.

Remember the MEUTIM mod for mass effect 1 and how it had a proper installer. you could contact whoever made that installer and ask him/her to build an installer for all your textures

I might want to make this. with install options when it comes to textures that you have alternates for i'll have a way to select which variant you want. a lot of mods seem to use Nullsoft to install. perhaps i may want to do the same.

If you have the time, try =)

I must admit, that last year I thought the downloads would stagnate ... but for some reason the number of downloads has continued to increase. :P

Good luck and thanks for your good intentions. ;)

ME3Explorer is a fan-made tool made to permanetely add TPF files into the game. I havent used it myself but it seem quite promising.

i used to use it until i started having strange problems e.g the refugee camp not loading after applying any texture mod (even one that does not affect that area) and numerous other bugs. until i sort out what the hell is going on with me3 explorer i'm devoting all resources to building a foolproof installer for HR textures. if that works without any problems i'll make it ready for a public release

I have having trouble getting GemFx to work. I followed the instructions you posted and installed it in the my Win32 folder where the game's .exe file is .../Origin Games/Mass Effect 3/Binaries/Win32. I can run the configurator for it but nothing i do seems to affect the game. I have tried adjusting the settings when the game is not running and also while it is running and saving the cinfiguration, reloading it, deactivating and reactivating GemFX from the tool. hitting the function keys to reload the shaders and toggle them but to no avail. I have fiddled with just about every slider in the tool just to see if I can see any difference and I cannot. Any thoughts on what I might be missing? I am using the latest version of GemFx, 1.0.8. I appreciate any help anyone can give me. I am running Windows 7.

Check on the configurator that  64 bit application is unchecked (becouse ME3 is 32 bit) also be sure all the files of GEMFX  are inside win32 (included readme file).

Im using 1.0.7 with no problems:

Let me know... ;)
