Hey so I have done everything and as far as I can tell it's working fine until I get to RUN. When I click it I get the D'oh message, however I have checked my antivirus application and even turned it off and I still receive the error, can anyone help?
All I know about that error is about Texmod has been blocked by some security software... also try to run Texmod like administrator and be 100% sure your antivirus/internet security is allowing Texmod to work.

ok so I have Bitdefender and what is appears to be doing is telling me there's a Trojan, when I shut it down I still get the message...

False positive warning... maybe you can exclude the location of Texmod from the scan and real time protection... I do not know, Im using a Symantec antivirus.. no problem here.

Just put the GEMFX files where the game exe file is:
Be sure that in GEMFX configurator "64Bit application" is unchecked (ME3 is 32 bit only).

Recheck the steps on first page, also you will find a video there.
Most common mistake can be that you are using some shorcut to open the game (like in your desktop) or your bat file have some wrong data... if you game is installed by default on "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\" try with this standard and ready BAT file (no need to edit):

Also be sure to put Texmod.exe file inside Win32 game folder.

I followed the tutorial from the video, the path is good, I checked, I had the same problem with mass effect 3, I therefore used ME3 Explorer but obviously this technique does not work for Mass Effect 2, I authorized the program in my firewall and my antivirus, but nothing actually, when I the .bat file in batch, Texmod starts, but as soon as I click on the folder, the program stops responding, and I am forced to close.
I run in administrator mode, compatibility with windows xp (sp2, sp3) windows 7, windows vista, but the result is always the same
after execute the .bat file and I run the game without going through origin, I can use the button with the file, but it does not load the mod I enabled.
I post the command of my file.bat:

Are you using Win 8.1?
I know that for ME3 the solution under Win 8.1 is XP compatibility, but no idea about ME2... also if you use ME3explorer over some textures, Texmod will never work over that textures again.

yep.. disable Origin in the game is rule number 1.

hola, smarteck, the "MEHEM - the Mass Effect (3) Happy Ending Mod" at next door is a DLC now. so it makes me think again. Is there a chance to pack your textures into one or several DLCs too? it would save a lot of load time, maybe even bypass some texmod's limits.

ok, I have left a message for help there. would be great for us to have some texture DLCs 
maybe we will all update our pcs to i5 at least, and probably SSD too, in order to play ME4. then texmod would be easier to load.
I'm trying to install the MP HD Deluxe Environments Pack (the master file directly underneath the "Zona C" header), but ME3 Explorer keeps getting stuck at the step "Installing mod: Crate01_Dirty_L_Msk3" (this is mod 48/165 in the list). Is there a way to bypass just this one texture in ME3 Explorer so that I can install the rest of the textures in the .tpf file?
EDIT: I was able to fix this problem. I analyzed the textures first using ME3 Explorer's "Analyze with Texplorer" button, then selected the "Crate01_Dirty_L_Msk3" texture, pressed the Delete key on my keyboard, and it disappeared from the list. Afterward I was able to install the entire mod successfully.
I don't really comment much on forums and stuff like this, but after checking out these mods I felt that it would be wrong if I didn't acknowledge the amazing work you guys have done updating this game! This right here is the reason why I will always be a PC gamer. To everyone involved, thanks for your hard work, it's greatly appreciated.

What is the specific error/problem you are getting? What are the EXACT steps you're taking to install the mod? Which mod is failing? (Just try to provide as much information as possible so I can try to help.)

It's actually every mod that i want to install, i use the TPF/DDS Tool 2.0 and than select the .TPF file and than select autofix and install.
it says: installing mod 1/5 (just an example) but doesn't continuo. I ran it the whole night but it was still at 1/5.

Hey. Do you still got the links for .mod files for zones? i had to use the latest revision on me3explorer, and it crashes alot since i have to use autofix for the huge files.
I found some old .mod files and those seem to install fine But not for the zones and DLC packs.
