Hello,
I'm glad you came, I have a request for you: Can you provide to the Post that helmet you use in your avatar in High Resolution?
I know there are many people who use it and would be a very good contribution.
What do you say?

Guys, I have discovered a problem in one of the textures, one of the first, I mean the ship of the Reapers.
In version 1.2, I corrected a problem that caused blue spots, but I must have confused with the file I uploaded and the result was that the version 1.2 continues to have the blue spots.
I've solved on a new version 1.3 and also take the chance to make some major improvements changing the metal from the main texture.
Discard the version 1.2 and download the new fixed version 1.3, looks much better.
Old and damaged version 1.2:

New version 1.3:

Added:
> ZONA C: LUGARES, OBJETOS Y MAQUINARIA // SITES, OBJECTS AND MACHINERY
4. Ships of the Reapers in High Resolution 4096x4096:
> - New File v1.3 OPTIMIZED 2: Version repaired and now with better metallic materials.

I don't know, if there somewhere in topic is one .tpf file with every HD textures, which are released.
Can I ask for it if exist?
Thank you for answer.

Hello,
Several people have asked me the same, I've been thinking of creating a file that contains all the textures, I'm not sure of the result (they are more than 400 files only for my part), I will wait to complete all remaining textures and then I try.
Meanwhile, you can load all the textures in just 2 steps:
- Press (in Texmod) to load a texture and select 40 or 50 (I think that is the maximum for each time in Texmod) using Ctrl + A (select all), you can also drag the mouse to select multiple files at once.
- Then press again to load the rest of the files.
Now you can press RUN to start the game. You see it is not soo problematic.
And if the problem is to download the files one by one, you can download the entire folder in Skydrive (link on first page), clicking the right mouse button on the folders.

It is the way the lazy developers made the game, each texture is used for many purposes, you can see the same texture on walls, floors, computers, boxes, windows, everything! I only edited 20 textures and they are very different from each other... I know it looks very repeated but it is not my fault.
Some other games I've played are like this as well. I'm a big fan of flight simulators, and instead of using millions of 1024x1024 tiles to define the entire Earth, they took a texture set of 93 different textures and just repeated the textures over and over again in order to fill the Earth with textures.

You can combine all the TPFs by using OpenTPF, like explained here:
http://www.guildwars...786&postcount=5
Then you can have a whole texture pack

You can't get banned. They wouldn't have moved this thread to this forum in the first place if people were getting banned. Use your head for a second, all it's doing is replacing textures, I bet my life that nobody will ever get banned. I'm that certain. You have nothing to be afraid of dude....
Banned for using high resolution textures, now THAT would make my day. To bad it will never, ever EVER happen.

I notice some of you are having memory problems? I only have 4GB ram, a GTX 570 and a 1090t(3.5ghz). How heavy of a hit do you think all these mods would put on me? Wondering if I should just download some or all...and how slow is loading the textures?
Is anybody considering compiling all the textures and unzipping them together?
BTW, keep up the great work guys.

Your video card is excellent, but I think your RAM is not, The recommended to use all the MODs together would be:
- Windows x64.
- 6 GB RAM (maybe 8).
- 1 GB Video Card Memory.
I recommend you prefer the files marked with " > " called "OPTIMIZED 2".

IMPORTANT:
Hello,
I just discovered a conflict with one of the textures, this is one of the textures included in the Kodiak, one of which is included in the "interior of Normandy". To correct this, simply add a number before the name Kodiak's file, let it like this:
1The Kodiak. Inside-Outside HR 4096 OPTIMIZED 2 v1.0
That fixes the problem. The idea is that the Kodiak loaded first, then the Normandy.

The xbox probably wouldn't be able to handle the textures. If I'm not mistaken, the reason why the textures are of low quality was because the game was made for consoles and just ported to the PC.grimlock122 wrote...

Exactly. No console can handle textures at that resolution.arr0whead wrote...

Only if the changes affect MP.
The safest way is to make a copy of your coalesced.bin. I have two. Coalesced.orig and Coalesced.mod. When I play SP I rename coalesced.mod to coalesced.bin. When I play mp, I rename coalesced.bin back to coalesced.mod and coalesced.orig to coalesced.bin. That way no mods ever make it into MP.
