Thanks, yeah the Geth were probably the easiest ones I've done so far. Which is surprising because when I first saw their maps they looked pretty daunting. Glad you liked it though!

Amazing, I really hope everybody followed this whenever possible, for example the Rachni Soldier Reaper by wadres looks amazing; however if this 'trick' you do could be applied to others as well, maybe we could really dodge some bullets because 40mb for a single creature a bit excessive, I think.

Okay I am not starting this conversation again, just saying!

I really wish there was some pack with HQ textures available for download on Geth (enemies). Like the ones smarteck did for Cerberus, or individual ones like wadres, smarteck and others did.

Should I hope these work both ways?

They do not work for the enemies as far as i can tell, I'll pull the Geth enemies tonight and see if they share the same files but i don't believe they do. If not, I may have to do them since the characters turned out so well.

Some of the textures use green instead of orange. Both are used to create reflections on the mesh. Green seems to be used predominanetly in textures with a lot of white in them and orange in textures of any other color. Both of Liara's armor textures I've done used green instead of orange. Ashley's texture used orange. The only real difference between them was color. Both outfits are pretty much the same aside from their color.

Edit: Gah, I'm an idiot. Its funny how I can give the same advice over and over to clients, and yet when I start to have performance issues with my computer I don't take my own advice.

Ctrl+Alt+Del, look at the memory performance tab. Whats that? 3.59Gb's in use when your not even playing a game?

So now I'm running up my big PC sterlization DVD I made for cleaning clients computers out. I'll let you know if I have issues still Dead. Thanks for the help.

Yea, I managed to get it going the first time I tried, but now all it does it load up the process and eat memory, it doesn't actually load the gui. Seem's busted.

Is there a way to use "36. Liara Suit from Deluxe an Collector edition in High Resolution 4096x4096" without having the Collectors edition? I just have the regular edition..

Using the same code of the suit by default, I have assigned to the texture of the version that you want to have, it turned out well:

Careful Smarteck, unlike the other stuff, what you've just done is effectively make something Bioware charges for free. They may not like that.

Ok, I've finished the Geth Forces pack. The only problem I have now is the screenshots, does anyone have a save for the final mission on Rannoch? That's a relatively quick mission that will feature all of the enemies and enable me to get good screenshots. Otherwise I would have to take pictures of the dead geth bodies in multiplayer.

EDIT: Nevermind, I got it. Pictures and file will be coming soon.

now i have 3 folders, with i load by my wish to play sp or mp. ( 1 giga of content wow )

MP (textures for mp)
SP (textures for sp)
HIBRYD (works on both. Weapons, enemies, locations) -> this is ever loaded.

And,thank you for making the Geth in HQ (and so fast o.O), I believe others will be thankful too.

Is there any chance its size can be optimized "smarteck" style?

Also, you said; "it works on both single player and multi player. for the playable geth.". The Engineer and Inflitrator textures work in SP? How?

no problem, i find the geth to be easy textures to work with.

I'm not sure, I'll have to talk to smarteck later today and see what exactly he does to lessen the burden.

haha, no they don't on SP. Guiile_Shepard asked if the Geth enemies work in SP & MP. Then asked if the pack included the Geth Engineer and Geth Infiltrator.
