Is there a way to use "36. Liara Suit from Deluxe an Collector edition in High Resolution 4096x4096" without having the Collectors edition? I just have the regular edition..
Using the same code of the suit by default, I have assigned to the texture of the version that you want to have, it turned out well:

I think it was a good idea, I will include it on the first page.

Thanks! I thought the face things were a bit tacky anyway. Though made her more resemble her mother, I don't find them to be very much alike anyway.
As always much appriciated.

no problem, i find the geth to be easy textures to work with.
I'm not sure, I'll have to talk to smarteck later today and see what exactly he does to lessen the burden.
haha, no they don't on SP. Guiile_Shepard asked if the Geth enemies work in SP & MP. Then asked if the pack included the Geth Engineer and Geth Infiltrator.
Ah, my bad, I misunderstood.
Thanks for this great work!

He deletes the alpha channel data and uses DXT1 compression with no alpha channels. Most of his mods do not include a normal map at all and thus rely on the game's default normal maps. This cuts down on the file sizes by quite a bit. In all fairness that usually works fairly well. Some objects are more sensitive to that than others.
The normal maps I make are much larger than the game's default maps and far more detailed. Unfortunately, they require alpha channels to work. If I could accomplish the same thing without them I would. But doing normal maps in DXT1 compression caused nothing but problems for me. Still the normal maps aren't that large. But they do increase the size of the final .TPF file by a couple megabytes.

Are you downloading from the post above, or the first page by Smartek? Smartek doesn't have the latest versions linked on that page.
Go to this post. They are all there with valid download links and screenshots.

Not as good as some of the other textures I have seen on this site, but I did enjoy making it.
Download: N7 Eagle V. 1.0

I also took a look at Tali’s alternate armor and I wish luck to whoever wants to edit that texture. I do not know what kind of texture her hood is supposed to be, some kind of cloth or metal? After several attempts I decided on something simpler like the Eagle. I find metal textures easer to work with.

Also added the Blood Dragon Armor. The base texture for this one is TERRIBLE. There is more that can be done to fix it, but the Dragon pattern makes things tougher than they otherwise would be. In any case I'm going to go ahead and put this one out there as it is improved over the stock texture. And no, I will not obsessively update this one. I got real tired of working on this one and didn't think a full retexture would have been worth the effort. Anyway, that's been added to the post with some screenshots as well.

Going past 1920x1080 resolution helps a lot as well. Every screenshot I've done has been at 2560x1600 (single monitor) or 7680x1600 (triple monitors) and cropped to make it smaller. So the pixel density is greater on these screenshots than you'd normally get.
Added the N7 Valkyrie assault rifle to my post. Screenshots are provided as well. I'm working on outfits for EDI. Both the black one (Original smooth style as requested) and the Dr. EVA version which she can also wear. (Though I think that may be Collector's Edition or something.) Whatever, I'm doing those now. And keep in mind, they should be used in conjunction with the EDI Default nanosuit mod as it retextures her head even when she wears the alternate outfits.
On EDI's outfits, I'm taking Smartek's texture, and changing the cloth out for leather. That's about it. So that shouldn't take long.
Update:
Liara's from Ashes DLC armor is finally done. BTW, don't get crazy with sharpening when creating normal maps or you'll end up with odd artifacts. I figured this out working on EDI's outfit and noticed it right away. I then thought about it with regard to Liara's armor, so I redid the normal map and it's good to go. So you'll be seeing both Liara's DLC armor and EDI's black suit in a few minutes.
EDI Alternate Outfit (Smooth style) v1.0

Liara's From Ashes DLC Armor version 1.2

Both have been added to the post with download links.

My 50 cents: anderson formal suit has some small mistakes. In his arm should have two slim bars and in his wrist should have another one (this way counting four in the wrist). It is possible to notice those missing bars that I am talking about in his damaged formal attire (even in the HR one). Also is worth to note that in the original textures some officers ha two bars in his shoulders instead of three (in other words, there are two kinds of officer formal attires in the game).

There are two kinds. There is one which has an additional gold stripe on the front. These should always have four gold bars on the top. Not sure about the wrists. Then there is the kind like Shepard's which should have three black bars and have one less gold stripe on the front.
Additionally, EDI's white outfit is now being uploaded and I'm putting together screenshots. Additionally I grabbed Dr. EVA's texture as well. She and EDI both use the same lighting layer for their suits, but they have slightly different textures. EVA's lacks the Alliance logo and the coloring of her boots, gloves, etc. is more purple than blue. I'll package it all together since the EDI mod effectively screws up Dr. EVA's. They both share normal maps and light maps so it won't impact the file size too much.

No.
Instead you get to see it in glorious 4096x4096 resolution with a new light map and a new normal map which ENHANCE the quality of the cameltoe.

So, when I loaded all of the mods except the weapons and a few other unnecessary(for me) mods, there were 2 situations:
first, the game couldn't even get to the main menu,
second, when the game told me to press any button to enter the menu then all blackness and crash(this time I loaded less mods)
So I decided to load the really necessary mods for the first parts of the game: It went well till the normandy wanted to leave Earth then the game crashed.(it was with about 35-40 mods).
My config is
windows 7 32 bit
Intel Core 2 Quad 2500 MHz
geforce gtx460 1GB
8gb ram
and I run the game on 1920*1080
I know it is not the best but come on.

32bit Windows 7 is not a good choice for doing this. As it is Mass Effect 3 can take up to 3.5GB of RAM on it's own. And half your RAM (and possibly more) will be unavailable for use because your limited by the 32bit OS. Also your coalesced.ini file needs to be modded to allow for the use 4096x4096 textures. You should be fine with a few mods, but not many. Certainly not 30-40 of them.
I'd recommend loading the Normandy SR-2 materials mod, and only Shepard's armor (if one has been done you like) and one or two of your favorite squad mates, and favorite weapons at most. I would keep it to around 10 mods or so at most if I were you. Try that and see. Or hell, just load one or two mods and see how your system does. But I'm certain a lack of memory is the problem. Texmod doesn't have much to work with and neither does anything else.

Your problem is actually pretty simple to explain. The issue is that you do not have enough memory to support all of the installed mods. You say you have 8gb of ram, but unfortunately you also say you have a 32 bit system. 32 bit only allows a maximum of 2 gb use of ram, even if you have more.
You have two options:
1. Upgrade your processor/motherboard to support 64 bit
or
2. Use less mods, and specifically only use the mods that are going to be noticable in that current playthrough.
