I have activated all my codes, but my new gear/outfits/dog do not show up on the Normandy after the first Citadel visit.
The only thing working so far, is the From Ashes DLC. I have the email & the Priority: Eden Prime.
My PC is currently without internet. Do I Have to be connected to the internet, to be able to have these DLCs activated for gameplay?!

I have same problem, I am from Turkey and I only received weapons, nothing else. I also received weapon codes twice from email. I talked with EA support and they said I should write a post on forums, they cannot offer help on missing items. So if I can't get my Digital Deluxe items why did I pay 20 euros more?
