All I can say to everyone who legitimately bought bioware points and spent them, then lost the item's I have read about here, I can only offer my condolences. Aside from that, call up EA Games tomorrow at 7am - 9pm at 1-866-543-5435. otherwise you risk talking to a moronic "game advisor" in ea's site who can't even type english straight, let alone answer your "yes or no" kindof question without idling for as much as 10 minutes (it's true, take my word for it) in order to help you figure out just wtfh is going on. which is why I HATE WEEKENDS.\\\\

I hope something within that rant somewhat helped anyone reading this. please let me know if you want to talk to me ingame or add as a friend since my ingame name is Metamorphisis. and yes I misspelled it intentionally. thats the only name I go by in origin. this name was just a thought that I typed in half caring what would be approved and not already be taken.

Yeah my quarian infiltrator locked too after I had it! I don't know what other items are missing but I spent a ton trying to unlock that one. It's depressing because the demo had this bug and I remember people talking about it on steam and gamefaq forums so you'd assume this would have been fixed in the demo but it wasn't. If they can't restore stuff, at least give us our bioware/ea points back we paid for and put these indiviual items on the store. I don't want to play the lottery anymore since it can just disappear or downgrade to a lower rank. I don't know why I lost all the color/pattern unlocks either, those were in recruit i thought? /but they're gone too.

When you lost this stuff did you get a weird overlay after a mission ended?

I can't speak (mute) and live alone so there's no way I can call. I typed to the chat support though and yeah they aren't helpful at all.

Bumping this, lost the awesome Quarian Engineer, which is extremely upsetting.

Over a week now and still no update on the situation. 800 bioware points down the drain. The mods are clearly available and posting on other threads but not addressing this issue at all

Wow, still nothing yet? Lost all my stuff and $30 of points about a week ago, and was hoping someone would have had some luck with this by now?
Just wait for it I guess, from what I hear EA Tech support is less than helpful with this bug, and there's nothing else we can do about it for now...
