Just got to this point in the game, and after hurdling across the platform and going down the first ladder, I cannot go down the second ladder. My character bugs out, stands on top of the ladder all while making the sliding noise of going down, yet does not. I cannot get further into the game because of this. I already restarted the level and nothing. I made the mistake of saving the game as I landed, so I cannot start over or simply skip this area without re-starting the entire game. I also do not have any other save points, as I over-wrote the same one.

Does anyone have a solution to this, or am I sol?

Having the same issue.  Shep grabs the ladder, jiggles like mad without moving, slide sound followed by the thud of boots hitting metal... only... Shep's still at the top of the ladder, looking sheepish.  This happened on the second ladder, not the first, after jumping across the lack of elevator.

Edit: After several attempts, I managed to get past the ladder.  I'm not sure what did it, though.  I was rolling away from the ladder and back again, which put me in cover next to the ladder, when I accidentally sent Jarvik to go stand on the unaccessable landing across the way.  When I next approached the ladder, I slid down it.  And then saved, just in case... because I don't want to have to try that again.

I've tried doing some of that stuff for the past 2 days with no luck. Guess I'm gonna keep trying and hopefully I have your luck. If not, guess I'm starting over.

Same problem... although trying to go down the ladder immediately after the last attempt finished just worked for me so never mind. Still, might be nice if this could be patched or if we could get a specific method for working around the bug.
