As we all know the three endings of Mass Effect 3 are less than satisfactory to put it mildly. However ME3's ending is highly interchangeble. Considering that the rest of the story has little to no relation to final three minutes of the game. An easy fix can be implemented into the game to give an ending that both makes sense and gives closure for the many fans of the game. This can be patched or can be introduced through DLC provided that their is more content than just a new ending considering that we'll be paying for the DLC version. Then again I havn't seen the so called "2nd playthrough secret ending" so all this discussion could be pointless.
Mass Effect 3 can be saved!

Or you can just turn off the game right after Anderson dies, and treat that as the end.
