 There IS one more ending, but it is not in the game. Shepard could have detonated all mass relays and the Citadel, destroying all life in the galaxy. Would you guys have chosen this over all the other endings ingame so far?

HE could have detonated the Alpha relay just after the Arrival of the Reaper fleet. Endgame. But then, no one would have bought ME3. Meh. I probably would have.

That would have been an amusing stunt, heh. You only get one shot, though, and the timing would have to be impeccable.

Cerberus was all ready to start their war with everyone and the reapers, but when they got destroyed they were <_< then they decided to use mass effect fields () to do something impossible and then...
