So I bought spectre packs and all the items I unlocked are now gone. I heard plenty of people are running into this bug. Is there any way to fix it yet? I hope i either get my items back, or atleast credits in the amount valued to the packs I purchased...

Yeah it really is. I haven't played a game online since this happened and if it doesn't get fixed or I get refunded, I doubt I will again...

Spectre Packs dont show up in the marketplace thats why Xbox wont do anything regarding this issue.
The Xbox Live Rep told me, "Because these Spectre Packs aren't on the Marketplace and its in the game and its done by a 3rd party Mircosoft can't do anything only EA."

Yeah same reason they gave me. I understand and I'm not holding Microsoft accountable since it is out of their hands. At least they can identify that I bought the packs and it is shows on record.
