I really wish that my screen shots took but either they didn't or I can't find them. In any case, to the point;

On the Mission in Sanctuary, in my case along with Miranda, when I met her father, Sheppard's eyes fell out.

Alright, maybe not fell but they were out of alignment lets say. It was pretty awesome actually, being a renagade so I had the awesome face scares and glowing red eyes. To top it all off, said eyes were out of their sockets, so you could see the full shape.

Turned into one of the best cutscenes for me.

at one point i got stuck on a corner while turning and Sheppards head kept spinning without his body, wish it occurred to me to film it before i stepped back and is started working normally again.

The first conversation with Liara in her new office resulted in a similar issue for me. Shepard and Liara were talking with their heads turned to the completely opposite sides of the screen. It was so weird... and a little unnerving.

I've not had anything that exciting happen to me. I did have a dead soldier's head spin round and round for a full minute or two, and there were a number of cutscenes where Shepard's head would inexplicably turn all the way to her side instead of looking at the person she was talking to. There was one time that this happened when she was talking to Liara, and then Liara started doing it too, which was pretty funny. But most of my glitches were bad and not all that funny (i.e. almost forced me to redo 20 hours of gameplay).

I had EDI's head do a complete 180 in order to converse with me. I was about to call an exorcist, or at least Norton Anti-Virus.
