Romancing Liara in the first 2 games and at the beginning of ME3, then you talk to her on the Citadel and she says something like "It's nice to talk as just... Friends" then you can say "I'm not happy with 'just friends' any more".
Does not make sense as I was already "with" her, and this gets re-established in the Shadow Broker DLC for ME2.

in the books it states that TIMs base moves around, and is never fixed in one place, but he is still in the red/blue star system, so yeah i guess its another plot hole.
