Okay, so about a year ago, I bought Dragon Age II. It was brand new, and inside, was a code.
This code could be used for free DLC within the game, but more importantly, a free copy of Mass Effect 2 for PC.
Since I did not actually buy the game, how am I supposed to get Cerberus Network? It is supposed to be free to new copies of the game; and quite frankly, a digital copy is neither new, nor used. (although it may lean towards new anyway)
Can I get some help? I haven't the money to pay for it separately.

This forum was once a gamer to gamer self-help forum. It was never any kind of official tech support. The game has gotten old, and the experienced game players stopped coming around. Since I actually bought both games, and never saw any extra codes, I wouldn't have known anything about the freebie.
However, what you are asking has nothing at all to do with the games, only with the web site, so if you want to talk about the situation, there is a Site Help forum. But once again, it's basically just gamers talking to gamers in there, with a limited amount of occasional oversight from a couple of Bioware people on a more or less random, unpredictable basis.
The official support has always been handled by EA Help.

I got mass effect 2 during that promotion, the cerberus dlc content is under your profile->your registered game content, (on the left sidebar) you have to download and install separately. Your copy is considered new by the way. Its a code for a copy of a new game, all downloaded games are considered new since you cannot sell them legally and hence could not be used.
